A great located apartment with a stunning view

Really great location, 5/10 min walk to the bus station and a short walk down to the old town and sea front. View from the balcony is stunning and is definitely the selling point for the apartment! Communication was great when we were trying to locate the building.

Apartment itself is a little dated, particularly the bathroom, however all works as it should and did the job for our short stay

Overall a great stay - really enjoyed

It has an exceptional view from the balcony. Fantastic location - really close to the old town but be prepared for a lot of steps getting back up. Host was fantastic - really friendly and provides his own wine to try (for a small cost).

Slightly basic room - the bathroom is also very cramped.

Ok place to stay if youdon't mind road noise from the main street in the city

The view was good. (But, see my other comments)

Disstance from the bus station - an uphill ~500 yard walk which had on and off pedestrian walk path. Road noise - the building is located right against the main road (don't be fooled by the map in the listing, which indicates that the apartment is located in a side street away from the main road). Getting down to the waterfront and climbing back up was no fun.

The location is great, everything is very clean, there's a marvellous view and the owners are very kind and friendly people.

The can of liquid soap was empty, but I think that was just a small detail. Everything else was perfect

Very clean and comfortable well equipped apartment with great balcony views of herceg novi fortress and the bay. Host was very friendly, helpful and inviting.

There were 2 bedside reading lamps but one had no bulb and no socket to plug into so was just for show. Otherwise the apartment was perfect.

I highly recommend it!

The apartment was great! The location is also great (we didn't mind the occasional noise on the road), you are just stairs (many though like everywhere in Herceg Novi😄) away from the old town center, and the beaches are down the hill. You have absolutely everything you need for the stay, it is clean, the owner is very helpful. We had a sea view apartment and it is a million dollars view🤩

Perfect location for car borne close to old Herceg Novi.

This is an apartment on the third floor with balcony just above the E55 road (absolutely no prob with sound or smell even if constant traffic 24/24..), and from there a fantastic view over the city and the inlet of the Kotor bay, with parking on the spot! The location gives you a very good connectivity with the old citycentre with all the stairs up and down; mayby 3-400m to the old square, 7-800m to the harbourarea. The interior design could be defined as "simple but functional" and there was some issues with the stove fx. The sofabeds are good and the assets of a washingmachine and possibility to hang out your wash was perfect. Lots of good here, but a general update of kitchen utensils and maybe a supplementary electric plate would get the points higher... The hosts are very kind charming and helpfull. This is a good choise for Herceg Novi!

Friendly hosts, clean apartment.

The hosts, Lidija and Bane, were extremely responsive to several questions I asked before my arrival. And Bane was there to meet me when I arrived. The rooms were immaculate and well appointed. The bed was quite comfortable. The location was great for my needs, although the steep climb from the old town to the apartment was a bit if a challenge!

The air conditioning worked very well in the living room, but it did not make it into the bedroom. Because of that, I needed to keep the bedroom window open which lead to some traffic noise since the apartment is on the main road.

View was great, but not worth it, it was hard to enjoy it.

Bed, or what supposed to be bed was falling apart as well as most of the furniture and appliances. Constant traffic noise and honkind, stink of traffic exhaust gases were horrible. Walls were filthy and moldy in a few places. Hygiene in general was very poor. I do not recommend it in that sense. On the plus side it is close to the center, if you like a lot of stairs it is close to the beach.

Nice place and friendly host

I’ve made last minute booking, and I was really happy to find comfortable place to stay and friendly warm and caring acceptance.

Location is OK for urgent business trip. There are apartments in this building with windows facing to the sea, I guess the view is much better there. Maybe if I booked earlier, I had amazing view also. :)

Good value for money. Located just infront of the fort. It has very nice view from the balcony. The hostess was really friendly, explained us everything about the place and environment, and helped us with the tourist registration. The apartment has everything needed. Good wifi connection, free private parking place.

Čistoća nije bila na zavidnom nivou. Imali smo čak i bube u sobi. Namještaj zastario i ne odgovara kategorizaciji apartmana.

Perfekte Unterkunft für einen Besuch in Herceg Novi.

Super nette Gastgeber - es war kein Problem, unser Gepäck bereits vormittags abzugeben und da ein Zimmer bereits gereinigt war, konnten wir sogar direkt einchecken. Das Appartement war sauber, die Ausstattung mehr als ausreichend. Der Weg ins Zentrum war in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen.
