We liked that the location was close to the Bla Bla Beach and within 5-7 minutes to Škver city port and city centre with Voli supermarket, city market, pharmacies and cafés. We also appreciated the uninterrupted water supply during construction works in the city from 1 to 12 September when almost all the city properties had no running water. The room was cozy and had all the necessary amenities.
Our main complaint is the noise coming from the restaurant downstairs. While the property policy states no noise after 11pm and the restaurant working until midnight, this was not the case.
We arrived on 25 August and the following night found that week was the annual Film Festival during which the restaurant worked until 4am+. It was insanely loud with 30+ people and felt like a torture for us. We were not informed in advance about the planned late night parties. Our verbal request to move us upstairs that night was ignored and after a sleepless night we received a message from the property:

In our state of Cg, the biggest event is the "Film Festival", which has been taking place for 38 years, under the auspices of the ministry and the state of Cg, and is a gathering place for big film names, directors, producers, screenwriters, actors, etc.. "House of Culture" which is part of the "Nautica" apartment
We have no influence on their program, which is traditionally foreseen and scheduled in this place, and approved by the police and inspections.

The party repeated the following night until 4am. After the Film Festival ended, only on some nights the music stopped after midnight (once upon our request). Though the weekend had stormy weather so it could explain that.
Additionally, Room 1 is particularly affected as the restaurant's speakers are installed in its ceiling (our floor), creating vibration and amplified acoustics.
We carefully planned our annual holiday 6 months in advance relying on the positive reviews and the property's policy. Instead, we faced the noise, a lack of transparency about scheduled events, poor acoustics design and indifferent attitude towards guests' comfort without any actions taken.

Posizione perfetta. Subito fuori, si salgono le scalette per il centro storico. Andando verso giù, si arriva subito al mare, con bar e ristoranti molto carini. Splendido balconcino. Host molto simpatico (parla italiano) e gentile. Tutto perfetto.

Geen balkon, maar er waren wel appartementen in het complex die dat wel hadden.
