Cozy room with a nice sea view but sleepless nights due to noise.

We liked that the location was close to the Bla Bla Beach and within 5-7 minutes to Škver city port and city centre with Voli supermarket, city market, pharmacies and cafés. We also appreciated the uninterrupted water supply during construction works in the city from 1 to 12 September when almost all the city properties had no running water. The room was cozy and had all the necessary amenities.

Our main complaint is the noise coming from the restaurant downstairs. While the property policy states no noise after 11pm and the restaurant working until midnight, this was not the case. We arrived on 25 August and the following night found that week was the annual Film Festival during which the restaurant worked until 4am+. It was insanely loud with 30+ people and felt like a torture for us. We were not informed in advance about the planned late night parties. Our verbal request to move us upstairs that night was ignored and after a sleepless night we received a message from the property: Respected Regarding the inconvenience on the night of August 26-27, let's apologize first, and then give an explanation. In our state of Cg, the biggest event is the "Film Festival", which has been taking place for 38 years, under the auspices of the ministry and the state of Cg, and is a gathering place for big film names, directors, producers, screenwriters, actors, etc.. "House of Culture" which is part of the "Nautica" apartment We have no influence on their program, which is traditionally foreseen and scheduled in this place, and approved by the police and inspections. With respect "Nautica" The party repeated the following night until 4am. After the Film Festival ended, only on some nights the music stopped after midnight (once upon our request). Though the weekend had stormy weather so it could explain that. Additionally, Room 1 is particularly affected as the restaurant's speakers are installed in its ceiling (our floor), creating vibration and amplified acoustics. We carefully planned our annual holiday 6 months in advance relying on the positive reviews and the property's policy. Instead, we faced the noise, a lack of transparency about scheduled events, poor acoustics design and indifferent attitude towards guests' comfort without any actions taken.

Nice apartments

Nice apartment. Easy check-in and a very helpful staff. We were helped with organization of transfer to Dubrovnik airport. Good refrigerator. You have everything you need in the room. Location is nice. You can get to the beach and to the city centre really easily on foot.

Shower was not really good. The drain was bad and it was not really comfortable to use it. I think an air conditioner should be cleaned. Someone knocked on the door almost at midnight several times. That was confusing.

Friendly place near Old Town Herceg Novi

A very nice and cute place near the old town of Herceg Novi. We arrived during late afternoon but the host had arranged so that we could easily enter the building and our room. We got a spacious room with a comfy bed and well-functioning AC. The nearest beach is Bla Bla Beach, the old town is less than 5 minutes away and the main roads are easy to reach if traveling by car.

Public parking is 5 EUR per day, i.e. valid until midnight, so you will need two of those tickets if staying one night.

It's very close to old town, street parking is also available. The room is clean and cosy, all facilities you need are in place. Beach is also couple of minutes by walk downstairs.

The location was near the old town and the beach. Nicely decorated and proper AC. They organized a fairly priced transfer from Dubrovnik.

The bed was very bouncy so will wake up every time partner turns. The Wi-Fi could be better.

Despite being late both for check-in and check-out, and even managing to break something, the staff was very kind and accommodating to us. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have everything you need in terms of comfort. The location is 3m away from the city centre, which is also a great plus.

Great base location for exploring.

Centrally located close to old town and promenade front. Air con & WiFi very good. Good size room & bathroom. Host allowed us to stay until our taxi arrived on our last day which helped a lot.

Had to ring number on arrival as no one in reception. Bed quite firm. Some car noise at night & a neighbouring dog barking throughout day & night. No cleaning services we ran out of toilet roll.

Bella palazzina con bellissime camere con balconcino.

Posizione perfetta. Subito fuori, si salgono le scalette per il centro storico. Andando verso giù, si arriva subito al mare, con bar e ristoranti molto carini. Splendido balconcino. Host molto simpatico (parla italiano) e gentile. Tutto perfetto.
