Great value

Very nicely situated in a quiet area high above the town centre. A huge place with great facilities like a washing machine. A nice view from the balcony, too, and easy free parking. The communication was excellent.

The location also implied a rather long and partly steep walk back to the apartment. But absolutely doable. The kitchen could do with some more utensils.

Nice town with a good vibe.

Very comfortable apartment, good facilities, friendly reception staff, off street parking.

It is up the hill (as is most of the town) so there are approx 500 steps from the beach to the apartment. Tiring after a day in the sun on a busy tour.

Very recommended!

The hosts were very kind and helpful, they make an effort that you really enjoy your stay, we even got a little gift at the end. One of the kindest hosts I've ever met. They also helped us with transportation to the airport on the last day, they helped with moving thw luggage. The rooms are very clean and beautiful, we also had a cute balcony. The property is a bit on the hill, 20 min walk from the beach, but it's totally worth it! Very good price for such an amazing service. Only compliments!

Fab Little Apartments

As with everything in Mongergro parking is a premium. We booked this as it has allocated parking, and it’s a gem of a find! Lovely and clean, good facilities, couldn’t fault any of it. There is also a small supermarket just down the road, within walking distance.

It is about 20mins walk to the old town, which is fine….. but it is all uphill coming back :-)

Only positive here is that parking was available, and that the building is new. Fridge is decent size.

Just returned from spending 3 nights at apartments Ivo. Reservations were made through booking.com on July 16th. After two days, and researching further, realizing this won't be a good fit for us as it's quite far from the beach, I sent a penalty free request, which was declined by the hotel almost immediately. Obviously I was disappointed at their lack of flexibility, especially considering I had booked only two days prior. Online it says that they are a 10-15 minute walk from the beach. With a stroller and 4 kids, this is an exhausting 37 minute walk, at a regular pace, in extreme heat. We timed it. I do not recommend this for families with young kids. After learning this the hard on day one, we decided to drive to the beaches for the next few days and pay for parking. There is no elevator in the hotel, be prepared fo carry your belongings up and down the stairs. Air conditioning is only in the living room, none in the bedrooms. They could not accommodate connecting rooms, we were forced to separate our family with children between two floors. Bathroom showers were dirty, photos attached. Kitchen doesn't have enough dishes and cutlery for number of guests per unit. We had to wash bowls as there was 4 of us, and 2 bowls, 2 plates, 2 mugs. Units are small and crammed. Barely any counter space in the kitchen. It's advertised as "luxury", it is not. View from balcony advertised as garden view, but you are looking at concrete walls, see photo. Nowhere in our apartments did I see neither fire nor carbon monoxide alarms installed, See photos of ceilings. No beach towels provided. Rooms do not get cleaned daily.

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Apartment Ivo in Herceg Novi. The apartment is spotlessly clean, modern, and beautifully furnished – everything feels brand new and perfectly maintained. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention to detail has gone into creating a comfortable and welcoming space. One of the biggest advantages is the private parking, which made everything so convenient, especially in a busy coastal town. The location is also great – peaceful, yet close enough to everything you might need. But what really made the stay special were the hosts. They are incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely helpful people who go out of their way to make you feel at home. I can’t recommend Apartment Ivo enough – if you’re visiting Herceg Novi, this is the place to stay. A perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and truly exceptional hosts!

I had an amazing experience staying at this apartment. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect – close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication effortless. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, welcome drinks (water and tea) and local recommendations. Whether you're visiting for a few days or a longer stay, this apartment truly feels like a home away from home. The apartments are newly built, and we believe we were among the first guests. The rooms are spacious, and both the bed and mattress are very comfortable. The hosts welcomed us in front of the building and made us feel right at home. They were incredibly hospitable, and it felt more like visiting old friends than meeting someone for the first time. It’s evident that they are dedicated to their work and attentive to the finer details. They even offer personalized scents for the bath and shampoo. We wholeheartedly recommend both the accommodation and the hosts.

Очень приятный апарт-отель в тихом углу Херцег-Нови в пятнадцати минутах от набережной (если идти вниз). При подъеме будет дополнительная физкультура! Спокойно, приветливый вежливый персонал, отличная парковка, все продумано, удобно. Кондиционер отлично справляется с двумя комнатами, на кухне есть все необходимое (кроме микроволновки, если кому-то важно), можно готовить (но мы не готовили). Недалеко есть несколько супермаркетов и пекарня.

Можно добавить кофеварку (есть турка, но, к сожалению, не умею ей пользоваться), так как до ближайших кофеен не прям близко. А так особо и нет пожеланий, все очень понравилось.
