Excellent Apartment Bane

A wonderful small apartment presented by a lovely lady who has taken her role as host very seriously. For once, in these days when disappointment in your property rental is all too frequent, on this occasion it was a hugely pleasant surprise. Smart tv, excellent king size bed, well presented kitchen, a balcony with table and chairs for two and a view over Kotor Bay, lift access from parking garage to apartment floors. This extremely pleasant stay restored "some" of my sorely dented enthusiasm for apartment rental. Including there owners descriptions. Well done Zorica, you are to be congratulated.

Amazing centrally located property with huge terrace

Location of the property is excellent, very close to the promenade but far from the noise if the night bars. the apartment is spacious with very comfortable beds. it has all necessities you might have during your stay, ie. washing machine with the dryer, dish washing machine, as well as the fully equipped kitchen. The best thing about this property is the amazing huge terrace where we had our morning coffee and meals. the owner of the property welcomed us nicely, allowed us to check in early and gave us a welcome wine bottle, olive bread and local prosciutto platter that tasted amazing. During out stay, she gave us directions on where to go and what to do, and was very helpful. We loved everything about the property, hence we highly recommend it to anyone, especially families with kids.

New, clean, modern, on good location, I recommend it.

it has a garage, big balcony (as big as the apartment itself), everything is new and clean. There’s an oven, a microwave and a washer/dryer. The landlady is very kind and helpful. Location is superb, in the middle of everything, and yet peaceful and quiet.

Эта квартира оказалась лучше, чем на фото. Просторно, чисто, светло, есть чай, шампуни и гели для душа. На кухне есть все, чтобы самостоятельно приготовить там еду, и вообще кухня красивая. С балкона есть вид на море! (на фото) Есть подземная закрытая парковка - приятно, когда машина не стоит непонятно где под солнцем. Очень приятный комплимент от владельцев - вино, нарезка вкусняшек и хлеб. Так радушно нас на Балканах еще не встречали, мои родители были очень впечатлены и довольны :) В ванной комнате есть ОБОГРЕВАТЕЛЬ. Это просто шикарно. Из 5 квартир, в которых мы были в путешествии по Балканам, это была единственная с теплой ванной. Для весны и не сезона это важно. До моря одна минута, как пишут в других отзывах, это правда. Просто спуститься по ступенькам на набережную - и всё, ты в гуще событий. Владельцы всегда на связи. По соотношению цена/качество эта квартира превзошла все мои ожидания. Спасибо! Рекомендую!

Диван в гостиной не идеален, но он есть - и это уже радует. Снижать баллы за это не стану, это было не критично.
