Beautiful apartment in a good location

Stylish looking apartment, nice bathroom with a big shower, washing machine and fully stocked kitchen. Waking distance to the old town, good coffee places in walking distance, quiet neighbourhood (because not on the main Street), sitting area outside on the terrace (space available for all rentals). Please be aware that you have to take stairs to the house.

No assigned parking space (was communicated), we were able to park in the street for free. Unfortunately there was a technical issue with the AC in the night, but obviously not to blame on the hosts (they organised a repair).

cozy place and very friendly landladies

We had a little Apt. for ourself. The landlady was very friendly and helpfull with informations and our special wishes like an extra bedspread. The contact was easy by whatsApp and the mother was close by to help out when necessary. The lights were good and we had plenty of towels and our own washing mashine which we didn't use. The waterfront was in walking distance as was the next grocery store. The smell of the Yasminhedge was wonderful.

In the bathroom was not enough space to put things down. If you have a car, you don't have a parking space right next to the house since it is situated in the middle of a long staircase. The barking dogs in the neighborhood where annoying.

Excellent place to stay with friendly hosts

The apartment is excellent, very clean and modern. The location is super convenient: away from traffic, close to the sea street and c.15min walk from the old town. Ivana and family are very friendly and relaxed hosts.

There was water dripping inside the roof drain which was a bit annoying at night.

Absolute perfection in Herceg Novi

Loved everything about our stay here. Great, comfortable accommodation. Hot, powerful shower. Super clean. Had the best sleep of my holiday here. Thank you to Eva for all her help and advice, as well as the beautiful wine.

The only thing I didn't like is that I wasn't able to stay for longer!

Wonderful space, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed and nice bathroom. Lovely owners and great location. Can't recommend it enough.

Nothing. Only downside is there's no free parking nearby but the paid one is really close and always had spaces.

Excellent stay, very clean and quiet, beautifully decorated with sunny terrace. Perfect location- 10 min to Old Town, 5 min to seashore. Ivana is great host, always ready to answer your questions. Special thanks to Ivana mom, who makes her best for your comfy staying🙏🏻Definitely recommended, especially if you are traveling with a kid. We really loved it ❤️

We should have stayed longer

The location was perfect. The hosts mother met us from the taxi and showed us where everything was. The place was clean and spacious and perfect to relax in.

The place itself is great, super clean and equipped with absolutely everything you may need. The beach is walking distance. The owners super welcoming, nice and friendly people.

Brand new furniture, nice and clean Apartment. Close to downtown with affordable price. Ivana gave us recommendations for restaurants and tips what to visit in Herceg Novi. Central & stylish stay in Herceg Novi

Fantastic find in Herceg Novi! Beautiful newly renovated apartments, stylish Mediterranean design, super clean and comfortable. Very functional facilities and amazing location - close to the beach, old town, nice restaurants in the area... Loveliest host Ivana who was so reliable, helpful, and easy to communicate with. She gave us great recommendations for HN - also covered basics in the apartment - water, coffee, fruit (!) - and even offered welcoming traditional Montenegrin rakija :). Me and my boyfriend loveled our stay at the Magnolia apartments and would warmly recommend this place for your Herceg Novi visit!
