Best place I have stayed.

A few grocery items in kitchen so no need to rush out straight away, milk, bread, butter, jam etc Everything is excellent, need to see it to believe it. Leaflets of places to visit and places to eat. Washing machine, ironing board, hairdryer. Hosts are very friendly.

Excellent stay in a cosy place

Excellent location with a five minute walk to the high street in Knaresborough. Everything you need was in the property.

Ann & Richard are excellent hosts and the Annexe is our favourite place to stay in Knaresborough.

The location at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac is ideal with off road parking and a short 5 minute walk takes you into the centre of town. The cooking facilities are of a high standard and ideal for all your needs during your stay. Cleanliness is faultless and supplies / equipment are on hand when required. If your intention is to have a relaxing holiday here is the place to stay as you will find DVDs, playing cards, good selection of books and information leaflets on the surrounding area. You will find all bases are covered to allow you freedom to enjoy your time in Knaresborough.

I can't find any negative aspects to this property. If Knaresborough was to open a Cornish bakery it would be the perfect stay.

Richard and Ann are wonderful hosts, the property is excellent, all the little extras appreciated.

Located within easy distance to Dales, Moors, East Coast and the delights of North Yorkshire. Lots of personal touches basic groceries etc on arrival, very much appreciated. Designated large parking space, excellent walking distance from main attractions, very friendly hosts.

We liked everything about the Annexe. My only wish would be that I could bring my dogs, but I understand not all properties can offer this. There is nothing I would change about this property.

The property was perfectly located and presented, well stocked with every item required for a comfortable stay. The hosts had even stocked the kitchen with various items to make for a good start. All in all a great experience and we we looking forward to staying again in the Annexe in the coming year.

There was nothing at all that could be said that we disliked about this experience.
