The open plan living area has under floor heating and a wood burning stove set in a Yorkshire Stone fireplace, with french doors leading to the patio, perfect for enjoying the peace and tranquillity or for alfresco dining on warmer days. Mill Barn is complemented with a blend of quality furnishings to a high standard creating a warm and welcoming country retreat. Unfortunately we do not accept pets. Surrounded by spectacular countryside it is a haven for exploring the delights of this stunning and tranquil area of the Dales with a footpath down to the River Wharfe just a few minutes walk away. Hebden has a country inn serving meals, shop, tea rooms and there is a regular bus service to Grassington just 1 ½ miles away where the quaint cobbled square has an array of quality shops, inns and restaurants. Grassington is host to various cultural events throughout the year including the Grassington Festival in late June and the popular annual Dickensian weekends in December. Situated midway between Skipton and Pateley Bridge in an area of unspoilt natural beauty, the pretty villages of Burnsall and Bolton Abbey are just a few minutes drive away. Malham Cove and Tarn, Kilnsey Crag, Parceval Hall Gardens and Stump Cross Caverns are all within easy driving distance.
