The property was easy to locate and the was plenty of parking on the road just outside. There is also a free carpark at the end of the road and a very cheap pay for car park just round the corner. The property is part of a set of converted stable block all situated around a courtyard which is part of the local pub The Crown. Its in a great position to the town of Pateley Bridge with all the shops within walking distance. The pub serves food from breakfast through to the evening and is excellent value. The property is lovely and suited our needs for the week, I would definitely stay again.
There where just little things that could have been looked at to make the property better, most things have been put into the book but had not really been addressed. As the owner is based 4 hours away this has to be down to the property management team. The main bedroom window had been painted shut and this had been mentioned on several occasions but nothing had been done. My husband has managed to sort this so it is now working. kitchen clock had run out of battery, again I would have expected this to be check by the property team. One big area of concern for me was the front door which had no catch so once open anyone could enter. You have to lock from the inside at night to feel secure.

Location in the middle of Pateley Bridge was perfect. Everything inside the property was of the highest standard - comfort, cleanliness. Really pleased
Out of control of the house owners - but the house fronts onto the small pub beer garden / yard and kitchens, which creates some noise early as they set up. No issues with pub users, and nobody tries to be noisey, but being extra picky, some double glazing on the windows would help reduce noise. Didn't take away from use of house, and would definetly recommend, and go back

The property was very clean & cosy. A nice touch was all towels were provided .
Central location & easy to find & access the property.
The property was excellent . A nice touch would have been a small welcome pack milk tea & coffee.
It wasn’t a problem as we brought our own & there’s a shop nearby.
