The location was very rural and so peaceful.
Loved seeing chickens horses sheep and cows.
Plus rabbits and squirrels.
The bed was really comfy which is very important for a great night's sleep.

A beautiful comfy lodge in a tranquil setting - comfy beds, Maxine is friendly as are the animals, outdoor space is fab and it's very private.
There was nothing not to like. The only thing we would have preferred was walking distance to pub and shop. But we knew this before we booked so it's not a negative. You can walk to Kirkby Malzeard but we couldn't figure out the route.
