.... praktisch eingerichtetes studio in der nähe des meeres & eines naturparks. ich konnte mit meinem hund wunderbare spaziergänge im wald & am strand machen. die stimmungen bei sonnenauf- und untergang waren beeindruckend. auch einkaufsmöglichkeiten lagen quasi um die ecke. bei fragen bekam ich von den vermietern innert kürzester zeit eine antwort. ich habe im studio & vor allem in der einmaligen umgebung eine erholsame zeit verbracht, danke.

Appartamento come da foto e da descrizione nell'annuncio, piccolo ma davvero confortevole e immerso nella pineta... abbiamo visto due daini! Parcheggio riservato proprio sotto casa; spiagge a 5 minuti di passeggiata in pineta e possibilità di scegliere tra stabilimenti balneari e spiaggia libera (accessibile anche ai cani) ; c'è anche a pagamento una spiaggia attrezzata per cani, dove noleggiare sdraio, lettino e ombrellone o gazebo, completamente recintata ( qui però i cani possono entrare in acqua solo al mattino entro le 9 e la sera dopo le 19). Sul lungomare ci sono ristoranti e pizzerie. Poco distante dal residence c'è il paese con tutti i negozi utili ed il supermercato. La posizione è anche comoda per gite di una giornata: Viareggio è vicinissima, Lucca e Pisa sono a meno di mezz'ora in auto. Dulcis in fundo i proprietari dell'appartamento sono davvero cordiali e disponibili!

Wohnung war sauber. Klein aber alles ausreichend vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage hat uns über die heißen Nächte gerettet. Die Küche war mit dem Induktionsfeld sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Bad war relativ neu und sauber. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf den Park war abends sehr angenehm. Wir kommen wieder im nächsten Jahr. Vielen Dank.

Come da titolo, siamo stati nell'appartamento della Sig.a Germana a fine ottobre-inizio novembre. Oltre la tranquillità del posto (dato il periodo), il verde attorno e tutto quanto già scritto dai colleghi vacanzieri precedenti, aggiungerei che è il posto ideale per visitare i dintorni, da Viareggio a Forte dei Marmi su fino a Carrara, Lucca, Pisa, Livorno, non senza fare una puntatina più all'interno per visitare la Certosa di Pisa a Calci e l'attiguo Museo di Storia Naturale (adatto ai giovani, ma molto interessante anche per i "vecchietti" come noi), o il parco della Villa Reale a Marlia (molto bello e molto ben tenuto). In definitiva: consigliato. Bruna e Franco
