About this villa rental

Independent villa with private and free parking in front of the house, with a large terrace overlooking the greenery with a panoramic view of the valley, equipped with gazebo, table, chairs, sun beds and barbecue, ideal for summer evenings, where you can drink a good wine and enjoy the silence and the only birdsong, far from the traffic but close to the main road to reach the Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Lerici, Palmaria Island, Tino and Tinetto and the center of La Spezia. Equipped with free wifi, television, 2 stereo play station, bathroom and bedroom linen. Possibility to walk on foot to the CAI and Cinque Terre paths, Mountain bike trails. Railway station at 5 minutes by car, in the neighboring country there are Banche Posta Pharmacies Bar Restaurants Supermarkets. The house is newly built suitable for families with children, possibility of adding a cot for children up to 2 years (free) On the ground floor you will find the living room with sofa bed for 2 people, bathroom with washing machine, kitchen with dining table with exit to the garden behind the house, in the hall two large windows give onto the large terrace overlooking the greenery. Going up to the second floor there are the two bedrooms with French doors communicating on a corner terrace with panoramic views, second bathroom with shower, hallway with round terrace which overlooking the private garden. The house is finished with stone walls, exposed ceiling with beams and wooden floor, very welcoming personalized furniture, we are sure you will like it. From our house with 1 hour of travel you can reach Genoa and visit the aquarium, or Pisa with the leaning tower. WE ARE WAITING FOR YOU

We loved this villa, its location and the tranquility we experienced. Perfect distance away from the cinque terre so that we could do day trips and come back at the end of the day to relax. Everything we needed was available in the villa and the A/C was a huge plus!

This place is very well set up in a nice secluded location. It's close enough to the town that you can walk in if you need anything, however we found it much more useful driving in to La Spezia to the shopping centre. Stefania was great, very responsive and helpful! Thanks again.

The way the property was listed said it was close to train and hiking trails. We were thinking we could leave our car and walk to train. That was not possible. Other than that it was great.

This Casa is really cosy and clean, it is about 10 minutes from La Spezia, well situated. there are king beds in each room and the AC works good and seems new. There are restaurants and food markets near by. Getting to the property can be quite an experience if you are not use to steep hills and real narrow roads. This Casa is worth the money, downside being no dishwasher and not enough toilet paper. Note to those who wish to grap the train in La Spezia central, arrive early for there is no way you will be able to park in the town.

My family of 3 (2 adults and 17 YO) spent 3 nights here in July while exploring the Cinque Terre area. The house is immaculately clean and very comfortable. Although it has no AC, with the doors open upstairs there is a lovely cross-breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed. While it was too hot to sit on the terrace, it has a beautiful view over the hills. While a bit far from 5T, this house offered a charming respite from the July heat and craziness...thank you for a lovely stay!

Location to The Cinque Terre towns is excellent. We had a car, which I would recommend. Pleasant patio area, we sat out in the evening to play cards. Stefania and her husband were very kind and helpful. Linens were just adequate and plastic tablecloths could be replaced. It’s the details that make a difference and after staying in other VRBO properties in Italy, it’s impossible not to make comparisons.

Lovely Stay In Liguria

Myself, husband and 22 year old daughter spent 6 nights in this lovely house from 10-16 September. We were met by Stefania and her husband and children who showed us around the house and explained how things worked. The house is beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed. The weather was variable while we were away but we did manage to have lunch in the terrace one day and made use of the BBQ a couple of nights. Although only about 10 mins from the centre of La Spezia the house is in a very quiet location with wonderful views over the valley. We chose this location as we wanted to visit Portofino and the Cinque Terre and Stefania supplied us with a map of the local area and suggested we also visit Portovenere, Lerici & Montemarcello which we did and thoroughly enjoyed. Stefani was on hand to answer any questions we had and very kindly booked us a table at a local restaurant (La Pineta) where we had an enjoyable meal. If ever in this part of Italy again I would not hesitate to stay in Debbio and I can highly recommend it. Thank you Stefania for allowing us to stay in your beautiful house.

Petite maison très accueillante avec tous les équipements. Nous avons été très très bien accueillis par Stefania et son époux qui sont très gentils ainsi que très serviable notamment en nous préparant à notre arrivée de quoi déjeuner etc... Le seul bémol est que ce n’est pas très facile d’accès mais ce n’est pas très important lorsqu’on est accueilli comme cela.
