Lovely view from the terrace! Spacious very nice and clean house, perfectly equipped with everything you need in daily life! The lady that hosts this place is very nice. When we arrived at the location we had a flat tire and had to wait for help. She asked us if we would need some food, because we can’t move anywhere by car. I thought that was very thoughtful of her to ask. REALLY simpatica! Thanks for the early check in! 💚

This place is the best independent accommodation we have been in in 3 weeks. Spacious bedrooms and lounge , well equipped kitchen, a barbecue, a balcony terrace with superb view, and the whole house is tastefully appointed in an original way. And the area is quiet and the drive to La Spezia station is only 10 min.. We loved it

One hesitates to make small criticisms since the place is so great but it would be good if the sound insulation between the two bedrooms upstairs were better as one can hear everything people say. Not a problem for us but for couples who want more privacy it could be an issue. Also more pressure with the hot water would be good but that may not be in the owner's hands.

Pretty much everything is good for the price we paid

Everything was crystal clean, but the dust on cieling fan was very visible :) not that we used it, but a swipe with a towel would fix the problem. The "Wall" between two bedrooms is not real - there is a gap at the top which basically makes it one room as you can hear each other perfectly :)

Outstanding house, very comfortable and well equipped. Nice rooms, good kitchen, comfortable leaving area and beautiful balcony. We had a great time.

Stefania and Antonio are super organized. They welcomed us upon our arrival and were very very helpful with all our questions about the house, things to do and how to get to different places. They had handy maps and notes for different points of interest. The house is spectacular!!

Ako budemo ponovo dolazili u ovu regiju potražiću prvo ovaj smeštaj.

Objekat je ostavio pozitivan utisak na nas. Sve je bilo čisto i sređeno. Uživali smo u miru i lepo se odmorili. Parking uz sam objekat, internet dobar, vlasnici super. Sve kako je opisano i na slikama. Jedini savet, tražite lokaciju za dolazak od vlasnika. Dve navigacije su nas odvele na pogrešan put kroz neka brda gde na kraju nismo mogli proći ni kolima.

Nemamo nikakvih zamerki, sve je bilo u redu. Žao nam je što smo zbog naših neočekivanih problema morali ranije da krenemo.

Villetta dotata di ogni confort

Meravigliosa villetta: arredata davvero con stile e molto caratteristica, super accessoriata, super confortevole e in una posizione top per rilassarsi tra la natura e la tranquillità. La signora Stefania è stata gentilissima e ci ha dato tanti buoni consigli su cosa visitare. Inoltre ci ha fatto trovare tantissime cose di prima necessità, che non è da tutti. Ottima anche la pizzeria a 5 minuti da casa, anche questa consigliata dalla signora. Sicuramente torneremo.
