Está ubicado en una pequeña población en medio del campo, rodeado de naturaleza, con un amplio jardín. Las habitaciones son amplias. Es muy luminoso.

L’appartement est proche de la Spezia pour visiter les cinq terres
Cet appartement est très mal isolé au niveau du plafond. On entend tout au premier et comme il y a des activités, il devient compliqué de dormir la nuit limite on pourrait croire qu’il y a des travaux.

Tutto perfetto!!!L'accoglienza,la posizione,la pulizia, la cucina attrezzata, i letti comodi,bagno spazioso,giardino ben curato.Vicino alla Spezia.Super raccomandato.

Proximité environ 15 20 min de la gare de la spezia centrale, le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Non climatisée mais ventilo qui font l'affaire. Hôte parlant anglais et italien qui a donné de bonnes indications pour les restaurants. Place de parking fermé avec portail.
Equipement vieillissant, prise électrique assez dangereuse pour les petits dans les chambres. Extérieur assez décalé par rapport aux photos, manque un peu d'entretien pour donner envie d'y rester, mais nous n'avions pas eu l'occasion d'en profiter car en balade toute la journée, sortir de la maison par le coté route pour accéder au jardin assez dangereux pour les enfants en bas age.
