La posizione è fuori città ma comoda da raggiungere e molto tranquilla. I Gestori sono stati molto gentili tuttavia vi sono molte cose che non mi hanno soddisfatto come ad esempio lo scarico del water che non funzionava bene e soprattutto la porta che non si può chiudere, se si viaggia con la propria famiglia queste situazioni si possono tollerare ma se si viaggia con altre persone no, Mi spiace non poter essere oltremodo sponsorizzante ma il comfort manca.

scarico water non funzionante, porta del bagno che non si può chiudere, migliorabile nella pulizia. le capsule che l'Host ci ha gentilmente acquistato non erano compatibili con la macchinetta in dotazione e pertanto abbiamo dovuto andare fuori per la colazione.

Affordable stay near 5 Terre

The apartment is large and well equipped. There’s also a garden and a place to leave your car. We found plenty of maps and itineraries inside which was great. La Spezia is only 10 minutes away by car.

Main issue is low water pressure in the bathroom. The WC reservoir takes ages to fill and in the shower water barely flows. Some furniture is a little run down, especially in the kitchen, but still it’s a rural villa, so maybe that’s just the style.

A very good place to stay to visit Cinque Terre

Very well equiped with everithing you need. The host was very kind and provided us with water and coffee, sweets for the kids and they were very happy. 10 min to Spezia

Raffaella was very gentle and helped us a lot. She gave us tips what we can do in the area and all of her tips were lovely. The apartment has a lot of space for two people.

There wasn‘t a trashbin what was a big problem because we didn‘t know where to put the trash. The walls are very thin so you hear everything what‘s going in and around the house.

If I come to La Spezia one more time I will stay here.

Ideal if you have a car. Only 9km to free parking in La Spezia and the train station. There are a large living room and kitchen, two spacious bedrooms (cot in each bedroom). In front of the house is a small barbecue area. Free parking. The place is very quiet. This is the best place if you travel by car with small children and two families together. Apartment owners are a very friendly family. We had a big problem with our car on the last day. Owners helped us solve all our problems and we were happy.

There are no supermarkets. But if you buy everything you need in La Spezia, you have no problems. It is difficult to get to La Spezia without a car.
