Villa Arcanda A is a cozy and welcoming apartment. It sleeps three people. From Villa Arcanda A you will enjoy a splendid view of the Valdichiana (Chiana Valley). Villa Arcanda A is 35 square meters (375 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a panoramic private terrace, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Policiano. You will find the closest restaurant at 2.5 km (roughly 1.6 miles), a grocery store at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles) and the stop for Etruria Mobilità scarl bus Cortona - Castiglion Fiorentino - Arezzo line at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile).
Villa Arcanda A is located on the first floor of a two story building. You will reach it from the parking area along a short walkway that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 16 stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Arcanda A you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate. Please note that access to Villa Arcanda A is along a 500-meters (1640 feets) unpaved road.

The Villa Arcanda apartments are part of a characteristic Tuscan complex, consisting of 4 apartments. The complex  is located on a hill from which you will enjoy an enchanting panorama.


This is the perfect place to forget your everyday life stress. The peace and quiet that you will feel staying here, enhance the depth of the landscape.


The complex is located inside a park where grow different species of plants and flowers such as roses, lavender, rosemary, ornamental shrubs and tall trees, and where you will have the chance to enjoy hiking.


The owner lives in a Villa which is located in front of the complex where you will be staying.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the garden going down an external stairway which consists of approximately 40 steps. The pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1.10 meter (3.60 feet) to 1.50 meters (5 feet) deep. It has a whirlpool corner. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a wonderful view of the Valdichiana (Chiana Valley). The pool is open from mid-May until the beginning of October, from 8 am to 9 pm.
Patio
The patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. You will be able to enter it from the garden. It is equipped with a table and chairs. In the patio you will find a children's playground. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will have a pleasant view of the greenery.
Garden
The garden is 600 square meters (6460 square feet) large. It is equipped with a swing. From the garden you will enjoy a wonderful view of the Valdichiana (Chiana Valley) and of the swimming pool.
 Terrace
The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the Valdichiana (Chiana Valley) and of the garden and swimming pool.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are rural and characteristic of the Tuscan house. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. There is a fireplace made of stone. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate three guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a double-glazed French door. The room also has a double-glazed window with a view of the greenery.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a double-glazed window overlooking the terrace.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. Here you will also find a washing machine. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
