Very lovely and tranquil place to stay a great base to see this part of Tuscany.

Lovely situation, well kept grounds and gardens. Full of character with all the modern amenities. Very well provided, even some olive oil and condiments. A Lavazza pod coffee machine meant great coffee whenever you wanted it. Close enough by car to Cortona and Arezzo. The nearest town only 8 min drive for shops etc. lovely restaurant 5 mins away - Antiqua Pieve.

Only two very small negatives- barking dogs nightly and outdoor seat cushions.

Great Stay In An Exceptional Property

An exceptional property in large, beautifully tended grounds with many places to "sit out". It was immaculately clean, tastefully furnished and all-round splendid. On arrival we were met by Marcello the owner, who has lovingly restored this 1600 farmhouse, and his niece Eleonora (she speaks excellent English). There are two apartments in this stunning house and we were in the one above. We loved it here and would be pleased to book again if we re-visit the area. It's "off the beaten track" - quiet and peaceful - but only a very few minutes' drive to the nearby town of Castiglion Fiorentino. There are no facilities within easy walking distance (shops or restaurants) but with a car it was really no problem and a small price to pay for this lovely location.

Absolutely wonderful

I loved the views, the garden, Marcello, the wonderful sounds of the braying and crowing neighboring donkey and rooster, the decor, and the peace and quiet.

Peaceful place

Remote location provides silence and peace (we were alone in the residence hosting 3 units). Ideal location to discover Arezzo + Cortona. Well maintained house. The Jacuzzi.

Great farm house with easy access from the main road. Great facilities. Great host made our stay very confortable. I will for sure come back again! Highly recommended!!!

It would be even better if there is a washing machine for longer stay.

Exceptional

Our host Marcello was so pleasant and obliging .The apartment was one of the best equipped we have ever stayed in. It was located in a beautiful area with wonderful views of mountains and the Valdichiana. There were lovely country lanes to enjoy any type of walking. It was a beautiful property for outdoor dining.

Prachtige ligging, luxe uitstraling,goed verzorgd. Vriendelijke gastheer. Hadden wel geluk dat wij de enige huurders waren daardoor veel privacy

Het was jammer dat de jacuzzi waar wij ons zo op verheugd hadden niet warm was. Werkte wel maar eigenaar kon niet verwarmen. De zon moest het doen maar water bleef te koud helaas om gebruik te maken van de Jacuzzi

Un logement au top pour une semaine de bonheur en Toscane

Quelle belle propriété. Une grande maison avec le spa à l'extérieur que nous avons apprécié au retour de nos visites. Une gare à proximité pour se rendre à Florence. La gentillesse de notre hôte qui passait tous les jours pour arroser les fleurs et entretenir la propriété. En plus nous étions les seuls occupants. Que du bonheur.

Exceptionnel.

L'emplacement en pleine campagne dans un calme reposant tout en étant à proximité du village. La chaleur et la bienveillance de l'accueil de Marcello et de sa nièce Eléonora. Le standing haut de gamme sans être "tape à l'oeil" du gîte. La beauté de la propriété et de la campagne environnante.

Difficile de trouver des améliorations à apporter. Peut-être augmenter un peu la batterie de cuisine (couverts,...) et envisager des W.C. séparés de la salle de bain.
