"CASA MENCO" the ideal for a holiday of relaxation and regeneration. This is a completely renovated apartment in September 2017 restoring all the ancient architectural elements and that is part of a large farmhouse of 1400 (perhaps a hospital or a convent run by the Benedictines). It is located in the middle of a hill near Arezzo (it takes only 5 minutes by car to reach the city center) and, facing the windows, you can admire an extraordinary 180 ° panorama of the city and its surroundings. Very convenient also to reach all the main cities of Tuscany (Florence in 35 minutes, Siena and Perugia in 1 hour, Rome in 2 hours etc). From the apartment there are many paths, all easy to walk, that wind through fields, valleys, woods and ridges of hills and mountains. And in the evening, sitting on the farmyard, you can admire the lights of the city and of the valley while pleasantly conversing in a romantic atmosphere.
The owners Otello and Rita will reserve a warm and friendly welcome and, if the guests like it, will be guides, ciceroni or just one night's companions. During the months from April to October the owner will be happy to involve guests in the care of the fields and to donate the fruits of the land cultivated directly with biological criteria.
Children and pets will find a peaceful place to play freely and safely.
