Bellino ma riscaldamento inadeguato

Proprietario disponibile e risponde ai messaggi con celerità. Alloggio piccolo ma funzionale che ha del potenziale se non fosse per il riscaldamento decisamente inadeguato

L'alloggio è composto da stanza e bagno. Il termosifone in bagno non funziona e tutto l'alloggio viene riscaldato solo con l'unità interna del condizionatore. Quando ero entrato era impostata a 23 gradi ma ovviamente gli split misurano la temperatura in alto e in camera ci saranno stati 16-17 gradi non di più, e inoltre senza termosifoni il bagno non si scalda. Il telecomando del condizionatore non era fornito, ho dovuto chiederlo al proprietario che lo ha portato. Una volta impostato a temperatura più elevata e con getto di aria più alto è stato raggiunto un po' (ma non tanto) di comfort termico in stanza.

Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato positivo.

Ci sono molti posti macchina nelle vicinanze. La stanza è vicinissima al centro, alla chiesa e ai servizi. La colazione non è inclusa nel servizio, ma ci sono un tavolo con due sedie e un frigorifero per soddisfare i bisogni minimi. Vicino alla struttura ci sono bar e panetterie e un negozio di alimentari. La stanza è ampia, colorata, pulita e c'è spazio per un terzo letto. Il bagno era in ordine. Un po' stretti i sanitari tra loro, ma nel complesso accettabile.

La stanza è molto bella, ma io ho sofferto molto il letto. Non sono riuscita a dormire la prima notte perché ho trovato il letto non adeguato alle mie esigenze. La seconda notte sono riuscita dormire solo stando sdraiata di traverso.

Credo Che La camera non sia 21mp ma molto più piccola Boiler nella camera da letto consiglio di non tenerlo Consiglio di organizzarsi per avere uno scalda acqua in camera con the e caffe solubile visto che non viene offerta la colazione
