Um es vorweg zu nehmen: Die Vermieter Laura und Patrizio sind einsame Spitze! So viel Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit findet man heute leider nicht mehr so oft. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns willkommen gefühlt.
Sie tun einfach alles, um den Aufenthalt zu einem wirklichen Erlebnis zu machen. Wir hatten die Unterkuft für 10 Tage gebucht. Laura hat uns jeden Morgen im Frühstücksraum erwartet. Es gab immer frischen, selbst gebackenen Kuchen. Rührei, gebratenen Speck (frisch zubereitet), Käse, Schinken, Wurst, Obstsalat (nichts aus der Dose!!), Marmeladen, Honig - einfach alles, was es zu einem guten Start in den Tag braucht. Auch bei der Auswahl der Unternehmungen standen die beiden gerne mit Rat zur Seite.
Das Ambiente im Haus ist einfach nur super! Das viele Holz sorgt für eine rustikale, gemütliche Atmospäre.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Betten bequem, das Bad mit Holz und Granit super! Und auf dem Balkon konnte man den Tag bei einem Glas Rotwein entspannt ausklingen lassen.
Als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen ist die Unterkunft perfekt gelegen. Ausflüge an den Lago Maggiore, den Ortasee sind mit kurzen Wegen zu bewältigen. Oder weiter weg in Richtung Schweiz ist von da aus gut zu planen. Direkt hinter dem Haus liegen Wanderwege, z.B. auf den Monte Mottarone. Also für jeden was.
Einzig mit der Anfahrt sollte man sich im Vorfeld etwas vertraut machen. Wie auch in anderen Bewertungen zu lesen ist, sollte man nicht ganz so sehr auf das Navi vertrauen. Das schickte uns nämlich über eine sehr enge Bergstraße. Am besten ist, wenn man erst als Ziel den Ort Omegna eingibt und dann, kurz vor Ende der Schnellstraße, die genaue Zieladresse.
Die direkte Auffahrt zum Haus ist dann nochmal eine kleine Herausforderung, aber machbar. Patrizio leistet Hilfestellung!
Allerdings für tiefer gelegte Fahrzeuge nicht zu empfehlen!
Fazit: es war einfach nur schön. Wir kamen als Gäste und gingen als Freunde!
Da gibt es nichts, was mir einfallen könnte!

Fijne mensen die het runnen. Heel gastvrij en vriendelijk. Prachtig plekje met mooi uitzicht. 's Nachts heel mooi met de lichtjes in het dal. Goede uitvalsbasis om naar de meren te gaan, wandelen, supermarkt, Turijn, Milaan, etc. Groot balkon om met elkaar te zitten. Alles was goed schoon en goed verzorgd. Ruimtes voorzien van airco. Elke keer weer een heerlijk ontbijt met de beste koffie!!! Geregeld weer iets nieuws bij het ontbijt, heel attent!
