Really nice place to come back to after a day wandering around

The room was much nicer than I expected. Very very large, spacious, all recently renovated, and comfortable nice beds. The location is really central to the town, and at the same time it is quiet and private, despite the owner (very nice and caring person) living nearby.

Perfect apartment near Lago d’Orta!

Very clean and spacious apartment, just few minutes to walk to the lago d’Orta. Comfy big beds, perfect for 2 couples. Owner Alessandro was very friendly and kind to us, always with a smile :) Highly recommend!

The terrace was nice, the bed was comfortable. Flat is in a nice location. Owner was lovely, and very responsive.

The shower was either too hot or cold, a bit difficult to get the temperature just right.

Very nice, quiet and welcoming apartment

Super nice location in the city center, yet very quiet. We never struggled finding a free parking space within <3 min walking distance. We were 3 colleagues travelling for work and booked the apartment with 2 bedrooms. It is incredibly spacious (each of us had his/her own space), very clean, sunny, nicely furnished and decorated. Alessandro is a very kind and helpful host. We just felt like at home :-)

Would be great if the place could be equipped with a hotplate, to be able to cook (there is a microwave oven and a boiler, though). The Wifi connection was a slow from time to time, but this is just to be picky!

Perfect for a weekend getaway

Amazingly nice host, everything is newly renovated and the location is great. Very spacious and really quiet at all time! There is tea and coffee in the room and a little coffee table where we had our own breakfast each morning. Definetly going to come back here!

The only thing was the parking situation, but even during high season we always managed to find a spot nearby.

Pulizia eccellente, stanza ampia e comoda, non mancava nulla, era presente un forno a microonde, il bollitore, tazze e posate, acqua, caffè e tisane a disposizione. Il proprietario è una persona gentilissima. Tutto perfetto!

Soggiorno piacevole a pochi passi dal lago

Struttura con camera ampia e veramente ben pulita. Alessandro, il proprietario , gentile e super disponibile per qualsiasi consiglio e aiuto. Si dorme bene senza sentire rumori malgrado sia affacciato sulla stradina con passaggio di auto e gente a piedi .

Manca la tv , anche piccolina.

Posizione perfetta: vicinissimo al centro ma in posizione defilata e silenziosa. Pulizia eccellente. Dotato del necessario per la notte. Abbiamo potuto ritirare le biciclette in garage. Host disponibile e flessibile ad orari di check-in e checkout. Colazione non prevista, c'è un bollitore per tisane e un piccolo frigorifero. Adatto e comodissimo come appoggio per la notte
