We love this place so much that we’ve been back a couple of times already. Great value for money, amazing staff that goes the extra mile to help with whatever you might need, good breakfast and the option of secure parking all in the heart of Omegna! The rooms are spacious and with all facilities. We’ll be coming back again and again!

would not stay again

my room was on the 4th floor facing the lake, the only nice thing about it was the view.

i had to keep my windows tightly shut due to the loud traffic and people noise past midnight. Furnishings are very dated, the sofa was worn down and dirty looking.I had to put a towel down so I could sit. Plastic chairs and railings on the terrace had cobwebs everywhere. The plastic grass rug on the floor was dog eared, frayed and bunched up. The linens smelled of artificial scented detergent. It gave me a headache. Wi-Fi very spotty.

All of the staff were very kind, especially the young woman who seemed to work everywhere in the hotel. Her English was the best of those working and also assisted with travel info for us for our departure route.

Don’t stay at this hotel

We had confirmation via an email from the hotel through Booking.com on August 7th at 20:40hr. that we will have a double room with the lake view. When we arrived after 300km drive, we were given a triple room with a noisy street view. I complained to the hotel manager- he was rude and said you got what you booked and you should be careful what you book. If we had known in time before leaving Switzerland, we would have booked somewhere else.

Tutto bene, è un peccato che chiudano nel periodo invernale

In posizione strategica, in centro città e molto vicino all'ospedale e a molti ristoranti raggiungibili facilmente a piedi. Ottimo anche come punto di partenza per le diverse escursioni trekking. Dovendo recarmi in ospedale a digiuno per esami, mi hanno permesso di asportare quacosa per la colazione, che comunque è abbondante, sia salata sia dolce. Il parcheggio è a circa 300 m a piedi.

La zona per carico e scarico bagagli è molto piccola e se c'è un pullman (come è capitato a noi) non è possibile ususfruirne.

La struttura è parecchio datata: sanitari rovinati, arredamenti vecchi, moquette... posizione ottima per il centro ma pessima per la festa di san vito visto che la musica rimbombava in camera fino a notte inoltrata... avrebbero potuto avvisare o perlomeno offrire dei tappi per le orecchie. Posizione ottima, in pieno centro, unico neo dovuto proprio alla posizione, il palco proprio sotto che ci ha tenuto svegli fino alle 2 con i vetri che ballavano,ma'am colpa non é dell'albergo, ma della musica scelta dai dj. Gentilissima la cameriera che ci ha coccolati con la sua dolcezza sia la sera a cena che la mattina a colazione. Abbiamo visto I fuochi dal battello ed é stata un'esperienza nuova e bella. Tutto da ripetere

Le Croce Bianca est idéalement situé, au centre de Omegna, avec une vue magnifique sur le lac. Le personnel est charmant et aux petits soins pour les clients.

Hôtel bien entretenu et propre mais la décoration est vieillissante.

Très bon hôtel à bon compte et idéalement placé pour découvrir Omegna

L’hôtel est idéalement placé au bord du lac et juste à coté des restaurants. Le personnel est très aimable et le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est accompagné d’un délicieux cappuccino. Le prix de la chambre avec petit déjeuner est imbattable. L’hôtel possède un restaurant pour le repas du soir à quelques minutes de marche le long du lac. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la côte de bœuf de 650g et la gentillesse du personnel.
