Nice inexpensive overnight stop.

Exactly what we expected, a clean, inexpensive overnight stop, plenty of parking. Location on a busy road but we heard no traffic. Unit does not have AC, however it has a big tip-in patio door with a screen which provided cooler outside air.

Ok

Huge room, private bathroom, kitchen. In the room a fan, TV with access to Yotube, Netflix, private car park. Everywhere nice and clean, with the owner somehow managed to communicate, despite difficulties with English, the price also very favorable.

Location. Very hard to get around without a car, but if there was a better location the price would probably be a lot higher too, so final rating 10/10

Great place for a stopover near Lago Maggiore

A modern and spotlessly clean accomodation with an extremely helpful hostess. Stress-free parking at the back of the house. The recently redocorated room had everything you need for a short stopover (Smart TV with Netflix, comfortable bed, modern shower, mini fridge etc.). There was even a desk and chair. Across the road is a service station where you can get breakfast. The automated check-in and check-out makes it a perfect choice for a short stopover. Stresa and Baveno are only a short drive away.

The accomodation is located where you don't expect it on a very busy main road. This location means that is not the best choice for a longer stay. The high-tech digital locking system took some getting used to and helped me appreciate the value of good old-fashioned keys. A seating area outside would be nice to have.

Noisy.

Everything is good EXCEPT it's TOO noisy!

Just mention on the official website that there's noise all night. If clients are happy to pay for that noise at that price before being informed, then there should be no complains. The property is next to a busy road, and the rooms on the 2nd/3rd floor are on top of the entrance hall, which makes it worse the effects of noise.

A good place to lodge for a few days.

The location was easy to reach on the main road to Gravellona Toce. It had good parking facilities and good internet.

It would have been nice to have had facilities to make hot drinks, tea or coffee.

Goede schone ruimtes. Elke dag keurig netjes schoongemaakt.

Ontbreken van airco waardoor het eigenlijk té hert werd in de kamer. Goede ventilator compenseerde dit ‘n beetje. Verder ontbreken van kleine voorziening om wat te kunnen eten of drinken: lepeltjes, vork, mes etc. Geen kopje voor koffie of wat dan ook.

Een heel fijn verblijf met een zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw.

De gehele kamer met badkamer zag er heel schoon, netjes en verzorgt uit. Jammer dat er een beschadigde spiegel met linksonder een kapotte hoek boven de wastafel hing. De accommodatie ligt aan een drukke weg maar daar heb je geen last van omdat de accommodaties aan de achterzijde liggen met zicht op het zeer ruime parkeerterrein.

Leider hatten wir keine Küche oder Wasserkocher Kühlschrank war sehr klein Auf dem Parkplatz gab es Abends immer sehr viele Stechmücken somit kann man auch leider nicht draußen sitzen

Occorre inserire 2 cuscini bassi nella dotazione dellla stanza e una presa di corrente che vada bene per spine tedesche

Ottima struttura. Pulizia ok. Zona tranquilla. Parcheggio gratuito. Staff disponibile.

Cucina è presente ma lo spazio non è molto comofo. La posizione non è delle migliori ma la struttura è comodamente collegata alla strada che unisce Gravellona Toce a Fondotoce con la possibilità di raggiungere i laghi Mergozzo o Maggiore.

Non professionale... non basta il digitale

La struttura è ottima..stanza belle moderne e pulite e la nostra era dal lato lontano dalla strada.. soggiorno tranquillo. Parcheggio ok.

Purtroppo la gestione del personale presente è stata pessima in barba al sofisticato sistema di check-in digitale, comportamenti non accettabili in una struttura ricettiva pubblica che potevano mettere a rischio la nostra sicurezza e privacy...mi riferisco al cancello chiuso per la presenza del cane di casa che ci ha costretto a rimanere in mezzo ad una trafficata strada provinciale per diversi minuti e all'ingresso della proprietaria di buon mattino nella nostra stanza mentre dormivamo..il tutto senza nemmeno scusarsi o giustificarsi. Totalmente non professionale e inaccettabile.
