Avendo passato il primo giorno a Stresa e dovendo andare a Verbania il giorno successivo, la struttura si trova a metà strada ed è quindi molto comoda. Camera pulitissima, dotata di mini frigo con due bottigliette d’acqua. Disponibile il wi-fi e tv con Netflix.
Abbiamo avuto qualche problema per entrare in camera, non riuscivamo ad aprire la porta. C’è un sistema automatico con codice che viene inviato dopo aver fatto il check-in on line, ma non era ancora arrivato nulla e quindi la porta era bloccata. Alla fine si è sbloccata, ma forse è stata aperta da remoto dall’host, in realtà non so bene, perché non c’è stata comunicazione tra noi, ho mandato un paio di messaggi ma non ho ricevuto risposta
