The property was incredibly clean with great features. The location was incredible and above a beautiful bakery which made breakfast a lovely experience as well.
It’s hard to find faults with the property. I wouldn’t have changed anything.

Right in front of tram station. 2 min to beach and variety of restaurants to choose by. If you are looking to stay at budget with family this is the place to be.staff is also good.

There you can find everything what you need, including kitchen staff and furniture. Large and bright leaving room. The both bedrooms windows overlook the courtyard that make them quietly. Every bedroom has separate shower. Very nice location, the beach is very close.
There is no air condition but weather was extremely hot. Leaving room overlook to busy road and tram lines - that noise. it's a pity that the dishwasher didn't work and it wasn't repaired before we left. But the owner immediately responded to our complaint that it was not working and came personally.
