Amazing view

The view is amazing! I enjoyed sitting on the balcony and looking at the sea, I wished there was a mini table and a chiar on the balcony. There are plenty of shops near the apartment, and it s close to the airport, you can take tram nr.2 There is an iron and hair dryer that you can use.If you want sheets and towels you have to pay €80. There are two separate bedrooms and a livingroom so it s great if there are 4 people.

The kettle and the Tassimo coffee machine need to be decalcified, they can't be used. On the bed there is like a nailon protector sheet, which keeps you hot at night, it s very unconfortble. There is no air conditioning and you have to keep the windows closed because of the noise and it gets VERY hot. There is no light in the bedrooms, just lamps.

Exceptional

I traveled to Nice with my 3 kids. It was perfect. Right on the rocky beach. Right behind the building were dozens of restaurants and things of that nature. It was really perfect and you can't beat the price.

location is great, right in front of the tram stop. two separate bedrooms are convenient.

apartment was worn out and not clean.. dust and sticky plates/glasses.. not great when you travel with toddler who touches everything.. however, we read these reviews on many apartments in Nice so not sure it would be better elsewhere

Apartment is in an ideal location - hope owner takes into consideration our issues especially rats

Apartment was in an ideal location, sea was a short walk away, the tram from airport and to Old Town was a short walk away too. Supermarket was located a few hundred yards down the street stocking all necessities fer our break.

From first night sitting on balcony, we viewed large rats running from outside entrance to directly below - happened every night, informed property manager only to be told this was normal for City and by sea - we have stayed in other cities by the sea before and never seen the like of this before, property had rat infestation. We then contacted PM to report 3 vans of travellers who parked outside on street directly outside where small children were going to toilet on grass and pavement outside entrance, rubbish strewn everywhere. We appreciate not PM fault but contacted her to ask what could be done only to be told that no-one else complained so we felt our complaint disregarded. After proving through photos, PM informed police who duly arrived and moved them on, only for them to return within 24 hours. We tolerated this for last few days, as we were made to think we were being an issue to the PM On last day, we were not made aware we had to be out of apartment by 10am, ( in fact we had said we would not be leaving until 2pm due to flight time at the initial meeting with PMwhich we assumed was accepted). We appreciate note on back of door but writing small and we ignored, PM attitude was rude, said she didn't care and we had to leave. We were just able to finish breakfast , get dressed and leave. We should have been better informed.

nice location but dirty and no provisions to make the stay comfortable

location with t access to beach and tram

dirty floors especially in water cliset. you could smell and see caked on old urine in floor grout. We were charged for linens. got bed sheets and 1 bath towel for 20 euro each! there were no washcloths, or hand towels, were provided. only half a roll of toilet paper no salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, dish soap or sponge in the kitchen. we had to buy everything.

Понравилось все🤩🤩🤩 Kryst замечательная хозяйка, встретила нас вовремя, все показала, объяснила, были приятно удивлены гостинцам бутылка Французского вина( за что отдельное спасибо Kryst❤️) Все чисто, уютно, кровати оочень удобные, просто как на облачке спалось😍 Чай, кофе, сахар, посуда,все необходимое было👍Месторасположение и вид с балкона просто сказочный🤩Первая линия, через дорогу море, с балкона вид на море пальмы и набережную( фото с балкона) Мы приехали в Ниццу на мой день рождения и я очень рада что провела его в этом замечательном месте. От аэропорта совсем близко можно доехать на трамвае номер 1 остановка Carass, ехать буквально 5 мин, но с билетами сложновато, если покупать в автомате на остановке, то сам билет стоит 1,7евро и плюс карта она стоит 2 евро и на карту потом можно докупать еще билеты, выходит первый раз 3,7 евро а потом уже 1,7 евро или скачать приложение и покупать билеты в приложении. Остановка трамвая прямо рядом с домом. Дом имеет два выхода на две улицы, один выход в сторону моря и второй выход в сторону остановки трамвая( фото входа в дом с двух сторон) Супермаркет тоже близко, вообщем жилье очень рекомендую. Надеюсь еще приеду в Ниццу и обязательно остановлюсь снова у Kryst😁

Понравилось все, но не хватало электрического чайника, но это не было проблемой.

Logement bien placé mais dédié exclusivement à générer de l’argent en faisant fi de la satisfaction

L’emplacement face à la Promenade et l’accès au tramway.

Tous les suppléments imposés : - 25€ pour arrivée en fin de matinée, - 25 € / personne pour disposer de draps (1 seul par personne), et de 2 serviettes, - 89 € de ménage alors que le logement était loin d’être propre. De plus, pour un séjour 3 jours / 2 nuits pour 2 personnes, un seul rouleau de papier toilette fourni, une éponge très usagée pour la vaisselle.

Une maison parfaite

Tout d'abord, l'emplacement de la maison est parfait. Il y a la mer devant, une station de métro derrière, des marchés, des boulangeries etc. dans la ville. L'hôte est très attentionné, poli et gentil. Laisser du café et du thé à boire est un geste très gentil. Ce serait mieux si l'eau était laissée à la disposition des consommateurs. Malheureusement, le pommeau de douche de la salle de bain est cassé.Le prix est raisonnable, mais le prix augmente lorsque vous payez 25€ par personne pour le linge de lit et les serviettes. Mais malgré tout, c'est une belle maison et sécuritaire. Merci pour tout.

Malhonnête, quand on nous a imposé 100€ de plus pour 2 draps nous avons pris un logement ailleurs (on nous a dit "c'était écrit dans l'annonce" lol, petit paragraphe en anglais... " Arnaque en bord de mer"

В цілому сподобалось і розташування і помешкання із двома окремими спальнями, засмутили лише непередбачувані витрати на

Чудове розташування. Вид із вікна на море, дві хвилини до трамвайної зупинки. Сподобалось, що є дві спальні окремі від вітальні. Власниця апартаментів була на звʼязку, швидко відреагувала на запит про раніше заселення.

Окрема доплата за білизну, при чому в описі бронювання інформації про це не було. В помешканні не було пакетів для сміття, миючого засобу, солі і лише половина рулону туалетного паперу.
