It was very cozy and nice and very close to the beach and public transport. We even rented a car and we found a parking in the area without struggling.

洗澡的下水道需要疏通、需要一块浴帘！！固定的架子无法调整洗澡喷水的位置…员工英语要加强学习，以及请你们提前互相做好通知（如果顾客提前说了要晚到的话）房间隔音效果不好

Un lugar espectacular para disfrutar de Niza. Totalmente recomendabl1

Chrystelle fue muy, muy amable y estuvo atenta en todo momento para prestarnos asistencia en todo: en la forma de llegar al alojamiento, cómo recoger las llaves (ella se acercó en persona a darnos las llaves en mano) y nos explicó todo lo referido al lugar con amabilidad y simpatía. El departamento es amplio, luminoso, muy limpio y moderno. Todo funcionó a la perfección y las imágenes publicadas son tal cual la realidad, aunque a decir verdad no reflejan realmente lo bello y cómodo que es el lugar: realmente superó nuestras expectativas. La señal de internet es perfecta, de alta velocidad y sin cortes, al igual que el smart tv. La cama fue muy cómoda. El lugar posee innumerables lugares para guardar objetos y artículos personales cómodamente, al igual que gran cantidad de enchufes (muy necesarios en estas épocas). El baño, completo y limpio, tiene una ducha donde el agua sale perfecta, y con fuerza, algo muy importante en un lugar donde uno viene de la playa y necesita eso. La ubicación del alojamiento es perfecta, cercana a la playa, a lugares para comer y para hacer compras (supermercados, etcétera), y a pasos del transporte público que se utiliza para llegar a todos los puntos de la ciudad. El departamento está en un edificio muy limpio y tranquilo.

Algo que no es referido al alojamiento en sí, pero que debe ser tenido en cuenta, es el tamaño de los ascensores (hay 2). Son algo pequeños, y a veces puede complicarse un poco si viajan más de 2 personas con el equipaje. Pero no es nada relevante ni de importancia, solamente un detalle a tener en cuenta para las familias que lleguen con niños o con demasiado equipaje.

Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, który jednak komunikował się tylko po francusku ale bezproblemowo udało się komunikować przez tłumacza. Mieszkanie bardzo ładnie urządzone oraz czyste, bardzo wygodne łóżko, działająca klimatyzacja. Lokalizacja 2 minuty od przystanku tramwajowego, 3 minuty od Promenady Anglików oraz plaży, dojazd z lotniska tramwajem około 10-15 minut.

Komfortos szállás, közel a villamoshoz és a parthoz.

Az apartman olyan volt, mint a képeken. A kommunikáció rendben volt, személyesen vártak a szállásnál, hogy átadják a kulcsokat. A felszereltség jónak mondható, konyhai eszközök, hajszárító, vasaló, ruhaszárogató is volt. Sőt mosó- és mosogatógép is. Minden ami komfortossá teheti az ott tartózkodást. A klíma nagyon jó szolgálatot tett, mert igencsak meleg volt.

Pár apróság hiányzott: szappan és mosogatószer. Illetve a nyílászárók nem 100 %-osan zártak, a konyhaablakot és az erkélyajtót sem lehetett rendesen bezárni.

Pár napra jó választás, ár-érték arány megfelelő

A belvárosnál csendesebb környék, közel a tengerpart, a busz- es villamos megálló, pékség, boltok.

A nyílászárók és a szigetelés, a fenti szomszéd lépteit állandóan lehetett hallani, valamint se a teraszajtót, se a konyhaablakot nem lehetett bezárni, így éjjel lehetett hallani a repülőket és a villamost, de ha elég fáradt vagy, nem jelent nagy problémát😃 még az is zavaró volt, hogy a teraszajtón csak sötétítő függöny volt, a konyhaablakon pedig nem is volt semmilyen függöny, így az összes szomszéd belátott, valamint csöpögött a csap. A tulaj megkért utolsó nap, hogy vigyem le a szemetet és mosogassak, pakoljak el.
