I had a wonderful 10-day stay at Promenade 2 Apartment in Nice. The place was cozy, spotlessly clean and perfectly located — just a close from everything. The host was attentive, welcoming and honest. It was the ideal base to enjoy my days here and I truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend this charming apartment to anyone looking for comfort, convenience and great hospitality.

Чисто та все необхідне було. Зупинка транспорту поруч. До пляжу не далеко . Магазин продуктовий поруч. Район тихий

Присутні таргани. Не має праски та фену. Дуже не комфортний диван, як щоб було двоє людей було б зовсім не зручно спати. В душі не має держака для шлангу, щоб помитися треба держати в руках весь час, що не зручно особливо для дівчини

Great location being close to the tram, meaning it was easy to get everywhere. And there was a supermarket close by. And it was fabulous having air conditioning.

The bed (pull out couch) was quite uncomfortable. The facilities were great however not quite properly thought out- for example, there was a washing machine but no detergent supplied, the toilet paper ran out in a day, there was a kitchenette but no proper dish scrubber to clean, only one flimsy sponge. The fact that we either had to pay an extra €50 for a cleaning fee or clean the apartment ourselves, I would have hoped there were better cleaning equipment provided. To also get our €500 deposit back it felt like I had to harass the manager to get it back, it took almost 3 days after check out to get it back.
