Studio with terrace and sea view, 10 min to the beach

The studio is well equipped with everything you might need. (Microwave, washing machine, oven, water heater, fridge etc. The balcony is big and enjoyable. The location is also great, near beach, trams, very well connected. Close to the train station Saint Augustin, easy to reach Cannes, Montecarlo or Italy by train. Close to the airport, also by feet, but very quiiet appartment, good isolation. Big markets around, my recommendation Intermarché, very good prices and a lot of any kind of goods.

Everything! It is a really nice place, was clean and has a nice view. Well equipped with kitchen utensils, wash machine, towels etc. The owner was really nice and helpful, always answered quickly and gave us very detailed guide list.

The only thing I was missing was a shower curtain, because every time we showered, a lot of water landed outside the bathtub, even though I tried my best not to. There are ones that can be washed too, so it is just an advice, but really, everything else was great!

Si vas en coche has de tener en cuenta que has de añadir al precio de la estancia 25 euros por día en parking, es imposible aparcar en la calle.Yo lo dejé un día y medio y pagué 47 euros, un robo. Por otra parte, es bastante incómodo ducharse en una bañera sin cortinas ni soporte para dejar la alcachofa de la ducha. La cocina es bastante antigua, necesita una renovación. Nos dieron solo dos juegos de toallas y eramos tres. Además, nos advirtieron de que no había caja de llaves y tuvimos que esperar a la chica de la limpieza mucho rato, que además no fue demasiado agradable.
