Info on location was not clear, toilet fault caused a nuisance, parking no. So peeved we left after

Yes it was clean and tidy , sheets were clean and there were no stains or anything bad smells. Lockbox was a pig to open but that's more a question of knowing how it works .

Stopcock on toilet was HS so needed to open and close tap every time we used it, shower head support was missing . But a absolute pain to find the exact location . Text arrived with address 1hr 45mins after the agreed time of arrival ! Really good for a couple in their 20's that just want the beach . Parking was like playing Russian roulette and you need a very small car, sadly came in a 4 door so no parking except one afternoon by chance!

Good apartment in Nice if you travel by car.

Clean, fresh repairs and furniture, good sheets, quiet. Very good value for the money. There is free parking either in the yard or could be found around in the area. Very good wifi/internet after the mountains - finally.

It is somehow far from the center. You better have a car or use public transport - bus stop is just around. The studio apartment means queen bed is in the same room as sofa - check if it suits you if you are two pairs or 2+1.

Tutto sommato....ok

Ci abbiamo passato una notte e tutto sommato non mancava nulla. Casa pulita, ordinata cosi come il bagno molto profumato. Letti comodi e con tutto il corredo. Bel terrazzino.

Difficoltà nell'accesso a partire dal cancello carraio del quale non si trova il nome da chiamare indicato nelle istruzioni, per non parlare della porta che una volta sbloccata elettronicamente da remoto chiamando un numero bisogna poi spingerla in maniera estremamente esagerata per entrare. Prima di spingere esageratamente abbiamo chiamato il numero della struttura e ha risposto una segreteria telefonica in francese poi abbiamo scritto ma nessuno ci ha risposto o aiutato. Una volta dentro unici problemi riscontrati un piccolo gradino in mezzo che diventa un continuo inciampo e il frigo che aprendo lascia un odore decisamente sgradevole. Parcheggio auto al limite dell'immaginazione in quanto con l'albero dietro che ruba un metro, un gradino molto alto e l'eventuale presenza di un auto davanti lo rende difficilmente praticabile.

El aparcamiento del vehículo esté bajo una higuera, al intentar aparcar, se rayo, con las ramas de la higuera el techo del vehículo nuevo, 10 meses desde que lo saque del concesionario, los gastos de pintar el techo del vehículo son de 600€. Soy yo la que pide indemnización por los daños de vehículo en la deplorable plaza de garaje que tiene el hospedaje Pintar el techo del vehículo o 600€ de indemnización y lo pinto yo al llegar a destino Llevo años reservando con Booking y nunca he tenido ningún problema Quedó todo limpio y recogido a la salida del hospedaje

Nous avions une place de parking que l'on n'a pas utilisé car on nous avez pas donné le code. Ce qui a été très désagréable. Les tasses à café sont pas très propres. Et peu de petites cuillères. La bouilloire est entrartree.

Bezproblemowe, bezkontaktowe zameldowanie. Instrukcja była jasna i precyzyjna, nie mieliśmy kłopotu z samodzielnym zaparkowaniem i wejśćiem do mieszkania.

Bardzo małe miejsce parkingowe. Nasze małe auto weszło, ale średnie lub wieksze miałoby kłopot.

Objekat je imao dobru cenu, ali je ispod očekivanog i da sam znao sve činjenice ne bih išao u njega

Kuhinja je solidno opremljena, sa korektnim frižiderom, šporetom i mikrotalasnom. Kome je potrebno ima i funkcionalnu veš mašinu.

Lokacija objekta je loša. Nije puno daleko od grada, ni plaže, ali je uzbrdica i ne postoji trotoar za kretanje pešaka. Najbliža prodavnica je na oko 1500 metara daljine, ali je do prodavnice kretanje nizbrdo, a u povratku uzbrdo, za šta će vam trebati oko 40 minuta i dobra kondicija. Ulazak u objekat je katastrofalan. Potrebno je da pozivate međunarodne brojeve da bi se vrata otvorila. Mi smo morali nekoliko puta da pozivamo. Ta ulazna vrata su se nekoliko puta zaključavala samostalno pa smo pozivali vlasnika i ponovo pozivali međunarodne brojeve što je napravilo telefonski račun. U stanu se oseća memla. Za nas četvoro dobili smo 5 peškira za 7 dana, koji nisu menjani. Za one koji planiraju da dođu svojim vozilom parking mesto je izuzetno malo, jer je na njemu izraslo drvo, pa možete parkirati minijaturan auto. Vlasnika objekta nismo videli za vreme boravka, a najveći problem smo imali sa tim ulaznim vratima koja su se sama zaključavala. Krevet za jednu osobu je bio u lošem stanju, ispadale su mu drvene letvice u sred noći, pa je sin propadao kroz isti. Jednostavno vlasnik treba malo da se pozabavi smeštajem.

Вид с балкона который находится на общественном коридоре.

Балкон (терасса) в апартаментах выходит заросший кустами задний двор. Мебель на терассе уставшая как и во всей квартире. Душевая кабина не видела моющих средств очень давно. Паркоместо по размеру хорошо подойдёт для крошечного автомобиля типа Yaris, среднеразмерный седан влез туда с трудом. Недоеденные чужие продукты из холодильника надо выбрасывать сотрудникам во время уборки.

Sicuramente da evitare.

Parcheggio auto sotto un albero di fichi, per terra era peno di fichi marci, alla mia domanda se qualcuno poteva venire a pulire mi hanno risposto che se il posto non mi piaceva potevo andarmene e che se parcheggiavo l'auto su un'altro parcheggio qualcuno avrebbe potuto danneggiarla. Ho dovuto pulire il parcheggio con lo scopettone. Arredi fatiscenti e in cattivo stato. Da evitare. Mavaffanculo !!!
