The size is good, and I appreciate the ease of check-in and check-out
The shower is too small. The neighbours bang doors during nights which affected my sleep. There are cats in the entrance (that's more personal issue).

완벽해요!! 주인이 매우 깨끗하게 관리하는 숙소입니다. 지금껏 묵었던 숙소 중에서 호텔을 제외하고 가장 깔끔한 숙소입니다!
주인이 친절하고, 문제 해결에도 적극적입니다. 메세지 답장이 빠른 편이에요.
트램역과 매우 가깝습니다(도보 5분 내). 주변에 큰 마트가 있고, 맛있는 피자 가게들이 많아요.
조리 도구들도 잘 갖춰져 있어서 요리를 할 수 있습니다.
화장실은 깔끔하고, 세탁기 내부도 깨끗했어요.
다음에 니스에 또 오게 된다면, 다시 묵고 싶어요♡
길거리의 이웃들은 맛있는 피자집을 추천해주고, 인사도 잘 해주는 좋은 사람들입니다. 하지만 아파트의 위치가 골목 끝에 있으니 매우 늦은 밤에 혼자 다닐 땐 다소 주위를 경계하는 걸 추천합니다.

The place was very clean, close to the beach, grocery and restaurants. Wifi is very good as well.
It was too hot during summer. A fan is not enough. The place needs proper air conditioning to enjoy it.
