The location is very nice close to the sea and the tram stop. There are supermarkets and bakeries few minutes away. Our host was very kind to wait with late check-in.
The place has a lot of humidity, the air-conditioning is too small for the apartment and the windows are very old so it gets very hot. It's also quite loud during night with the cars from the street. Overall, it's ok for the price but don't expect all the comforts.

The localization is perfect. The apartament is about 100 metres from tram station. Tram is going from apartament to airport about 30 minutes. Tram is going every 10 minutes. The beach is about 70 metres from apartament. Apartament has fully equiped kitchen: microvawe, fridge, kettle, stole, coffe maker, cutlery.
The apartament has windows below the street level becouse of ground formation. 50 metres from tram to apartament are very up without stairs.
