I highly recommend it - we will definitely come back again

I highly recommend it! Great communication with the host. There was no kettle in the kitchen, but a few hours after we reported it, the host brought us one straight from the store. We asked for extra beach towels, and they were delivered without a problem. We have very nice memories of our stay. Great location—everything is right on our doorstep. The tram is just two steps away, and the sea is a minute away. Very comfortable bed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

A pleasnt tiny apartment with a great location and some slight incoveniences.

The location and that there was pretty much everything necesarry for a short stay. The host also has a short guide prepared with basic info on the apartment's facilities and nearby store, metro station, bakery, etc.

There were 3 things that stand out as unpleasant: 1.The shower syphon was clogged and the design of the shower cabin does not deal witht that well. We took a short shower (with the kind of small boiler) and the bath flooded all the way to the corridor 2.I dont know what the yearlong weather in Nice is, but were were there for the begging of the summer, it was hot, and the only blankets availble were something i'd use only during the peak of wintertime. The "solution" provided was to crank up the AC :D

Best studio apartment with superb location

Private Studio apartment with all facilities. Best location! Carras tram stop. Direct tram from Airport and direct tram to city Center. On the ground floor of apartment building there are grocery stores and cafes.

Great location, really friendly owner and helpful. Quiet neighbours. Perfect for two people. Apartment small, cozy.

We were missing kettle, iron and hair dryer. Apartment is really small, when you make a bed there is not a lot free space left in the room. However it was not a problem for us.

Great place to explore Nice

Great location - seaside is just around the corner and a tram stop is in front of the building. Nice has great comunication- by this tram you can go to the city Centre or to the airport. The flat was small but comfortable, equipped with everything we need. The bathroom is new and very nice. Great bakery downstairs and big supermarket nearby. Good place for good price!

The bed was little uncomfortable but the host declared he planned to buy new one so everything will be perfect

Excellent location, great host, clean and cozy apartment

Excellent location, the trams are frequent and only about ten minutes from the airport and the station is at your doorstep. It’s also only about ten minutes from central Nice and a block away from the beach and great options for food nearby. Johann was a great host and was easily contactable. The apartment was spotless and cozy, and had a good wee kitchen to save some money while we’re travelling. The shower also has very good water pressure! Would highly recommend Johanns apartment

The apartment was really close to the beach and easily accessible by public transport

The sofa bed was rather small, so unless you like cuddling in the evenings there isn’t much space in the bed for two!

A deux pas de la mer, séjour parfait pour profiter de la Bella Nissa !

Mention spéciale à l'hôte qui a été très disponible et arrangeant ! Encore un immense merci pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse ! L'emplacement était absolument parfait, à 1 minute de la mer, et juste en face du tram, ce qui rend le centre ville très accessible. Le logement est bien équipé dans sa globalité et est très au calme.

Le logement manque de quelques équipements, dont j'ai fait part à l'hôte : un chauffage d'appoint dans la salle de bain, un miroir plein pied et quelques ustensiles pour la cuisine.

Bellissimo appartamento a pochi passi dal mare. La posizione è ideale per chi vuole godersi il mare di nizza L'appartamento dotato di ogni confort offre tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. I proprietari sono stati molto premurosi e gentili nei nostri confronti.

Séjour globalement correct,mais le confort du canapé-lit et la propreté laissent à désirer

Le canapé-lit n'était pas confortable du tout, les coussins sont usés et mériteraient d’être changés. À notre arrivée, il y avait plein de cheveux dessus — nous conseillons à l’hôte d’y passer une nuit pour se rendre compte de l’état.

Zdecydowanie najmocniejszym atutem obiektu jest jego lokalizacja - bezpieczna okolica, na obrzeżach centrum, ale z dostępem do wszystkiego. Przy samym mieszkaniu jest przystanek tramwajowy, z którego można dostać się do centrum. W bardzo bliskiej okolicy jest kilka piekarni, sklepów, lokali gastronomicznych, parking i promenada z plażą. Dodatkowo, właściciele obiektu bardzo mili i pomocni

Excelente localização, perto dos transportes para o centro da cidade e para o aeroporto. Cozinha bem equipada, casa de banho espaçosa. Anfitrião resolveu todos os problemas rapidamente.
