Location in the town,the location to the restaurant. Bed was comfortable .

All was good for our one night stay on our hiking trip on St Cuthbards Way .

Location was spot on Beds comfortable and clean tea coffee available fridge should you require fresh towels and soap provided with in shower

shower was very stiff to operate basin waste were dirty and in need of a clean velux window stiff to operate only one remote for window blinds

Kitchen and dining room spacious. Separate main bedroom was nice. Clean. Good access instructions once you have found the car park. Handy restaurant next door and Co-op down the road.

2 adults and 3 children stayed. The lounge set up did not work for us at all. It is advertised that the beds are in the lounge, but they were in a very dominent position and there was only one small 2 seater sofa. Not everyone could sit in the lounge and relax at the same time. It was not relaxing or comfortable sitting on someone's bed in the evening. It was tolerable for an overnight stop but I would not have been happy if I had booked more than one night. I think even with 2 children it would have been a bit difficult. Took a while to find the entrance to the car park. A what3word location as well might be an idea. The sign on the wall was very small and if it was dark I don't think we would have found it.
