Great location, really friendly pub next door, booked at the Milan restaurant which was next door too. This was an over night stop travelling back from Fort William. It had everything we needed. The owners were very helpful when we needed help to find the carpark. Easy drive to Bamburgh, Sea Houses and the rest of the gorgeous coast. Thanks very much,

Lack of a bright light source for partner makeup prep etc. A lamp on the table would make a big difference.

Lovely little room with everything you needed for a nights stay, location was fantastic, quiet little village with a couple of pubs, a fantastic tea room which did the best breakfast I have ever tasted, a little CO-OP and a really tasty Chinese takeaway, there's also a eat in fish and chip shop, the room was exceptionally clean and modern, I especially liked the light fittings 😁
We parked in the CO-OP and walked around looking for the property's car park as it is a little tucked away! No big deal though, We were in room 1 which was ground level, whoever was upstairs were very noisy when walking around, but again, not a huge issue for a nights stay

Very comfortable bed and spacious room. Great check in and super location very central to Wooler.
It was also very cool in the hot weather.
The whole room has only one window onto a dim covered passageway and yet the decor is all dark grey including the bathroom with no window at all. The room window and door open directly onto a public path so we didn't want to open the window.
There was only a small travel kettle and no means to heat any food. A microwave would've been useful.
