Location and people lovely
Getting in and out - doesn’t run like a hotel. No one on premises in the normal way.
Odd layout of hotel meant we had to enter around the back - key worked but someone had put the lock across and we couldn’t get in. No one answered the emergency number. Passer by called someone she knew ! Someone came obviously couldn’t get in and disappeared. Got a text on my prompt to say getting someone to come - we were stuck outside in the rain for 40 mins
No reference to this or apology the next day or on leaving
