Karl es un anfitrión excelente. El apartamento es como las fotos. Está situado en una zona tranquila a unos 20 minutos andando del centro. Buen sitio como punto base para movernos por la zona. Lo usamos apenas para dormir y alguna cena y estuvimos a gusto. Las camas muy cómodas y aunque fuimos en ola de calor se pudo dormir bastante bien. Hay super cerca.
En líneas generales buena relación calidad precio. Por decir algo hubiera preferido un plato de ducha con mampara. La bañera tan alta me resulta incómoda

L'appartement est mieux que sur les photos, il est spacieux et très joli. Il est facile de rejoindre le centre à pied ou en tram. Parfaitement équipé, balcon agréable.
C'est très bruyant car il donne directement sur la rue extrêmement passante. Cependant si vous avez des bouchons d'oreilles pour dormir tout va bien car le quartier en soi est tranquille.

Die Lage ist zentral, man kommt fußläufig in 20 Minuten zur Altstadt. Die Wohnung war sauber. Die Mietmöglichkeit einer Tiefgarage ist bei diesem Standort an einer stark befahrenen gut. Allerdings kostenpflichtig.
Die Wohnung ist im Grunde nur ein Raum mit minimal ausgestatteter Kochmöglichkeit. Das Bett hat alte viel zu weiche Matratzen. Ein kleiner lauter Kühlschrank ist im kleinen Flur plaziert. Das Bad ist alt und entspricht nicht neueren Standard. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung für einen Preis von über 100 Euro am Tag viel zu teuer .
