Excellent, clean, easy stay in Freiburg

The bed was too hard for us but we understand mattress firmness is individual, the tiny sinks in the bathrooms, and the big plant that obscured the TV.

Stylish, nice and big historical house in the center but not the best for family.

This is a big roomy house in the center. Mr. Tom was helpful, check-in and check-out was smooth. Car park is 15€ per day, could be better but still ok.

I think this is not the place for families because of the beds. Firstly, beds are very high. This a danger risk for the kids, even for adults. Bedside space was very small, a phone and a glass of water fitted and that’s it. Matresses were the one of the least comfortable I’ve ever slept. I woke up 8 times during my sleep and even laying straight is a pain in the back. Finally, why using twin bed? I don't understand it.

Great apartment in good location and parking <5 min walk away.

Fantastic apartment. Nicely done interior and lovely big rooms, with a larger than expected private outside area. Good location - 5 min walk into the centre of the Old Town. Our host, Tom, met as us at the door and was extremely friendly, ready with a list of recommendations, and available on WhatsApp for further questions. He could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend

Beautiful historic home in Freiburg

Tom met us with the keys and was incredibly helpful. We loved the historic building. The apartment was very clean, and there was lots of space for a family of four. We also liked the balcony and watching everyone go by on bikes below. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Location is good but was inconvenient because of extra charges for pet and no parking at premises

The location of the property is good and the person who came by to handover the keys was also nice to us.

Things to keep in mind while booking your stay: 1) we were asked to pay city tax after we arrived by the host 2) the property states “pets allowed, charges may be applicable” but they definitely apply charges which was 45 euros for our dog. 3) Parking is not available at the property. There is however a paid parking spot not far from the property but be prepared to offload the luggage as the PAID or FREE parking is NOT Available at the property

An incredible stay in an incredible place.

The host was incredible! He welcomed us into the apartment and gave us a great tour of the place and how everything operates. He also sent us a great list of restaurants and places to visit in and around Freiburg. The apartment was brand new and very comfortable with big beds and an amazing shower.

From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. Giovanni is not only an excellent host but also a genuinely kind and thoughtful person. He made sure everything was smooth for our stay and was always available if we needed anything. The apartment itself is absolutely charming — full of character, beautifully decorated, and it truly felt like home. I especially loved the vintage photographs throughout the house — they really transported me back in time and added a special touch to the atmosphere. It’s these little details that make the place so unique and memorable. We were also traveling with my grandmother, and Giovanni was incredibly understanding and accommodating, which made a big difference for us. The location is perfect, and everything was just as described — if not better!

Super geräumiges Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern (Doppelbetten) in top Lage!

Sehr gute Lage, war zum Augen lasern in der Schewlinstraße, nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt und zum Hauptbahnhof sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. In der Innenstadt/ Altstadt ist man auch in wenigen Gehminuten. Top ausgestattetes Apartment mit einer Terrasse und zusätzlich einem kleinen Balkon. Viele sehr gute Restaurants und Cafes in direkter Umgebung. Super ausgestattete Küche. Sehr hochwertige Einrichtung. Top!!! Gerne wieder

Alles super! Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist bekommt man eine Parkkarte für 15 Euro/ Tag in der Konzerthausgarage (nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß). Die Karte muss allerdings wieder ins Apartment zurück nach Ausfahrt aus der Garage.... (etwas umständlich). Ich hatte kurz in der angrenzenden Straße zwischengeparkt und ein Parkticket gezogen, aber das Schild übersehen, dass von 6-12 Uhr eingeschränktes Halteverbot gilt und 25 Euro Strafzettel bekommen. Ist aber kein großes Manko.

Luxuriöse Wohnung an zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung war sehr modern eingerichtet. Als war blitzblank sauber und es hat alles was man braucht! Eine wirklich grosszügige und luxuriöse Wohnung in sehr zentraler Lage direkt beim Konzerthaus! Tom, der Concierge, war ausserordentlich freundlich und die Schlüsselübergabe hat einwandfrei funktioniert! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super! Wir kommen wieder!!

Tolle Lage, super schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist großartig und das Cafe vor der Haustüre bietet ein super Frühstück. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir haben noch hilfreiche Informationen und Tips von dem Concierge bekommen.

Die Schlösser waren etwas schwergängig, die dürften mal geölt werden.

Die Unterkunft verdient wirklich die Bezeichnung luxuriös. Tolles Appartement mit äußerst bequemen Betten in bester Lage, um Freiburgs Altstadt zu erkunden. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen (hatten mehrmals wegen Staus unsere Verspätung angekündigt) und mit allen Informationen zur Wohnung versorgt. Auf der Website der Gesellschaft sind weitere Informationen zu Gaststätten etc. abrufbar. Äußerst empfehlenswert.

Tolle Wohnung mit schöner,gepflegter Ausstattung in grandioser Lage - perfekter Aufenthaltsort in FR

Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt: Schon die Kommunikation vorab war superfreundlich, schnell, zielführend und entgegenkommend. Die Anreise war unkompliziert, da Tom Bagge von Luxury Homes uns vor der Haustür erwartet, in die Wohnung gebracht und uns dort alles gezeigt hat (es gibt sogar eine Minibar-Ausstattung im Kühlschrank!). Außerdem hat er uns Tipps gegeben, z.B. wo wir gut essen könnten. Mega nett, aufmerksam und freundlich! Dazu die Wohnung, die uns außerordentlich gut gefallen hat, sehr schön, superzentral und trotzdem leise. Und endlich mal eine Wohnung, in der nicht nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier und ein paar Tropfen Seife zu finden sind, denn es ist alles gut ausgestattet. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. - Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren zu viert, zwei von uns fanden die Betten etwas hart. Aber das ist bekanntlich Geschmacksache.

Heerlijk appartement op een fijne locatie; wandelafstand naar het centrum en leuke restaurantjes in de buurt. Ziet er exact uit als op de foto’s en super schoon. Pluspunt; parkeren kan in garage op paar minuten wandelafstand.

Es ist eine wirklich sehr tolle Wohnung. Wer auf Design, überdurchschnittlich bequeme Betten und viel Platz steht, ist hier richtig. Die Betreuung durch Herrn Bagge war auch super!

Eher ein Tipp: Die Wohnung liegt zum Glück nur im 1. OG, die recht schmale Treppe ist für gehbehinderte Gäste nicht zu empfehlen. Für alle anderen aber gehbar!
