Owner tried to take us more money

The apartment was good.

TLDR - the owner tried to take us 35€ more than needed and extra 200€ deposit that is very uncommon. The owner tried to trick us. He took my friends city tax after Booking already charged us for them (and more than needed), and asked for 200€ deposit, charged 220€ and at the last day told us he will return the 200 that he took - we needed to confront him to get our full money back.

Lovely apartment in the basement level of a historic block. Very well appointed and good size. Great location and check in and check out was very straightforward.

One of the emergency exit lights was rather bright when going to bed.

Disappointing, not for 4 adults

Location is really convenient to visit the old town

It shouldn’t be booked for 4 adults, the apartment is not too big and the toilet has no door. Additionally, the apartment is located in the basement.

Very stylish, great location, best suited to a couple.

Great location only 10 minutes walk to centre of the city, 5 minutes to the main train station. A minute walk to a great zero waste store and a general supermarket as well as lots of places to eat out. Very stylish decor and good quality furnishings so felt very luxurious. Well appointed kitchen to cook in. Nice shower and shower products. Ideal for a couple.

Basement flat so quite dark and could be a bit stuffy due to lack of great air flow. Lots of expensive ornaments that we felt nervous about our children accidentally breaking and being charged for. Emergency exit light stays on all night so means the kitchen area stays bright which reflects into the sofa bed area if anyone is sleeping there, doesn’t affect the main bed though. No toilet/shower room door so lack of privacy if with friends. More suited to a couple than a family or 4 adults as all in one room.

Wow, this was the best of stays we ever had. What a luxury. A second home. A perfect place to enjoy Freiburg. Walking distance to the city center. Our own garden. Rooms that feel like a palace. Everything there to be comfortable. Great kitchen.

Dies war das beste Appartement, das ich in über 50 Jahren Reisen und Urlaub erlebt habe. Schlichtweg ein wahrer Juwel mitten in Freiburg. Nicht zu vergessen die freundliche und zuvorkommende Art des Gästebetreuers Tom.

Hervorragender Service, gute Lage!

Einfach toll – nicht nur die Unterkunft, sondern auch der Service! Die Villa ist wunderschön, super sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet – ich hab mich direkt wohlgefühlt. Aber was mich wirklich begeistert hat, war der persönliche Service: Ich hatte nach dem Check-out gemerkt, dass ich meine Kopfhörer vergessen hatte. Ein paar Tage später wurden sie mir tatsächlich direkt ans Bahngleis gebracht, kurz bevor mein Zug fuhr. So eine Aufmerksamkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft habe ich wirklich selten erlebt. Man merkt, dass hier mit Herz und echter Gastfreundschaft gearbeitet wird. Danke für alles – ich komme gerne wieder!

Traumhafte Wohnung mitten in Freiburg mit Terrasse und Jacuzzi

Perfekte Lage, effizienter Check-in und freundlicher Empfang. Sehr beeindruckende Altbauwohnung, top-renoviert und großzügig aufgeteilt. Kleiner Garten mit Jacuzzi als Topping. Günstige Parkhaus-Möglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung.

45 Euro für die Übernachtung des Hundes ist happig und wir hätten gern vor der Buchung von dieser happigen Zusatzgebühr erfahren! Allerdings wird der Vierbeiner herzlich empfangen mit Extra-Bett und Leckerlis.

Lloc perfecte per visitar Freiburg

Apartament molt ben situat, es pot anar a peu al centre en 5 minuts. Vam seguir les indicacions que ens va donar l'amfitrió, ruta i restaurants i genial. Llits molt còmodes i bona dutxa.

Al ser al centre el pàrquing és de pagament. Però és normal.

Mauvaise expérience !!

Le confort du lit, la douche magnifique et la cuisine bien équipée.

J'ai réservé un appartement complet avec jardin et on se retrouve dans une cave (de luxe) sans vraie séparation entre les toilettes et le lit... Entre amoureux les bruits et les odeurs le matin c'est vraiment très désagréable. Méfiez-vous car vous risquez d' être dans un appartement qui n'a absolument rien à voir avec ce que vous avez payé. Attention à ce qui est dans le frigo et est souvent perçu comme un cadeau de bienvenue, En fait ce sont des produits payant et cher.
