Excellent stay that met all our needs. We will definitely return!

The studio was very clean and designed perfectly to give you a roomy feel. Every detail was thought through. Across the way was a grocery store and the trams stop to bring you to the old town in about 7 minutes. There is also an Italian restaurant, a bakery, and the hotel also has a restaurant.

The instructions should mention that you need to check-in with Hotel Stadt Freiburg to receive your room key and any necessary information.

The staff were very helpful Tram station was opposite the hotel Apartment design and look

They charged me extra of €45 per night for a child of 6 years old as i missed to include him in my booking although the apartment can accommodate more than our number. Its a very high price and i felt that the hotel took advantage of my situation and charged this.

Ok, big, new, great a/c, but...

Everything is new, very clean, large apartment, good a/c

Ok, clean, and new, but, and it's a big but, too many small prints that they don't even tell you about. For a start, the washing machine and the dryer are not inside the apartment, it is shared for the entire floor, and not only that you need to pay for electricity coins in order to use it, nothing mentioned in the description of booking.com, Not only that, the "king size bed" is just two beds that are not even attached by the same sheet, it's just two mattresses and beds right next to each other. Moreover....you dont have gatbage bags? You need to buy it by yourself, you don't have toilet paper? again, you need to buy it by yourself, you dont have dishwasher tablets? Or even a Scotch Bright to clean your dishes? You need to buy it by yourself. So clean, new, good a/c, we got our apartment one hour before checkin time but nothing else, disappointing. Btw parking is 15 euro per day that you pay upfront for the entire stay.... You need to fix the Info tab it is stated there that the parking is 12 euro per day. To sum everything up it feels like they tried their best to do the minimum needed and even less....

it was clean and location was good near the tram point number four

we book one big apartment with three bedrooms but the hotel give us two apartments with two bedrooms also It was far from center around twenty minutes at checkout one of the staff checked our apartment and accused us of broken table and ask where the screws and I noticed this table since i came so they try to find someone to pay damages but we refused moreover no one help you to carry luggage no room service I will not come back to this hotel again

Beautiful contemporary apartment in a fabulous location

The apartment looks brand new and is very comfortable with beautiful decor. The staff are very responsive and kind. We also loved the location. It’s a 20 minute walk to old town or you can take the tram. we particularly enjoyed the nearby huge park and lake.

Appartamenti dí competenza del vicino Hotel, nella zona universitaria di Friburgo. Appartamento bellissimo, spazioso, arredato in stile moderno e con tutti i comfort. Domotica in abbondanza, parcheggio a pagamento coperto, insomma un vero piacere tornarci dopo la giornata passata in giro. Ben servito da negozi, supermercati e bistro’, oltre che alla linea tram che ti porta in centro, distante 2km a piedi. Insomma, se tornassi a Friburgo, tornerei a soggiornare qui.

wir haben trotz der Mängel (kein Tisch und Stuhl und stinkender Korridor) tolle Tage in Freiburg verbracht.

gutes Bett, verschiedene Beleuchtungsmöglichkeiten, Abwaschmaschine, Lage, Ruhe, Klimaanlage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Umgebung, Tram in die Stadt vor der Tür alle paar Minuten, Kurze Fahrt ins Zentrum.

- Dass es nur eine Frühstücksbar im Apartment gab und nicht einen Tisch mit Stühlen (wie auf den Bildern von Booking.com).. Scheinbar gibt es die Apartmenteinrichtungen von den Bildern nicht mehr…. what you see is not what you get…. - Der Korridor im 4. Stock hat noch immer einen schmutzigen Teppich und riecht extrem unangenehm.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut gegen Schall isoliert, die Ausstattung war modern. Haltestelle für die S-Bahn vor der Tür

Die Schlüsselübergabe war unnötig kompliziert. Wir haben am Vortag eine Mail bekommen, die eine Telefonnummer beinhaltete, die eine Stunde vor erreichen der Unterkunft angerufen werden sollte. Nur Anrufbeantworter erreichbar, auf den Rückruf warte ich heute noch. Die angegebene Hausnummer 84 B gab es nicht, war nach der Logik vor Ort ein Parkhaus. Booking-Com war eine Endlos-Warteschleife. Des Rätsels Lösung: das Hotel in Hausnummer 84 verwaltet das Appartment mit.

بداية الستاف رائعون جدا ، موقع الفندق دقيقتين من نقطة الترام الذي يأخذك بخط سير واحد إلى مركز المدينة، الفندق قريب جدا من شارع به مطاعم وجمعيات وصالون ونادي صحي وصيدليات وجميع الخدمات .

التكييف حار مبرمج على 23 ولا يقوم بتبريد الغرفة ابدا، مذكور في تفاصيل الغرفة يوجد غسالة ملابس، لكنها في غرفة خارجية تخدم جميع غرف الدور ولا يمكن استخدمها من بعد الساعة 9 واستخدام الغسالة يتطلب فيشة ب3 يورو .. لا يوجد خدمة تنظيف للغرف الا يوم الاثنين، كما انه لا يوجد خدمة حمل الأمتعة
