Quiet, spacious and comfortable and an easy walk into town.

The place is really new and quiet. It was very comfortable and roomy.

It is brand new so a couple of things did not work well such as the front door lock, but the host got them fixed efficiently. The kitchen worked well, surprised there is no microwave.

És un apartament molt nou i net. A uns 20 min a peu del centre de Friburg. Ideal per 2 persones, però no per 4, el sofà llit és molt incòmode, al menys per adults. Per la resta bé. Té rentavaixelles i rentadora. Prop només hi ha un forn de pa

Sehr schön, außer Schlafsofa.

Es war sehr schön eingerichtet mit schöner Deko, eine gute Kaffeemaschine, Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein tolles Ambiente! Danke.

Leider passte das Schlafsofa so gar nicht zur Wohnung! Es war so wie ein Klappbett aus den 70ern. Unbequem, quietschend…Wie schade! Sonst hätte ich 5 Sterne gegeben.

Mooi appartement vlakbij centrum

Een mooi helder appartement vlakbij het centrum van Freiburg, een wandeling van ca 10 minuten. De bakkerij om de hoek was wel handig voor het ontbijt.

De vaatwasser stond nog met vuile vaat.

Toller Aufenthalt in einer modernen Unterkunft

Die Lage, der Stellplatz fürs Auto (kostenlos), unkomplizierter Check-in/out, alles schön modern, neu und vorhanden.

Wenn man die Balkontür aufmacht, steht man gefühlt auf dem Gehweg oder anders ausgedrückt dass Fußgänger bei geöffneter Balkontür mit einem Schritt in der Wohnung wären und das hat als alleinreisende Frau ein etwas mulmiges Gefühl gemacht. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse geht auf einen Autofriedhof und Gewerbegebiet. Für mich ok, da ich im Winter die Terrasse nicht genutzt habe, aber im Sommer sicherlich schade.

Top Wohnung in sehr guter Lage - besonders für Auto/Fahrrad Anreise.

Geräumige Wohnung, neu in 2024. Alles Top, gutes Bett, gute Kaffeemaschine. Kaffee und Tee wurden gestellt. Privater Parkplatz am Haus. Ruhige Lage. Ideal für Auto/Fahrrad Kombi. Stadtzentrum zu Fuß (15 min) und mit dem Rad (5 min) schnell erreichbar. Bäcker 2 min zu Fuß. Zur Dreisam 3 min mit dem Rad.

Kein optimaler Fahrradabstellplatz. Etwas knapp an Besteck.
