Our family really enjoyed the villa as it was beautiful and in a great neighborhood. We had rental cars and were able to use the driveway to park. The street parking is free at nights and on weekends. We also went on walks near the house and felt very safe. We didn't have time to bike, but there are several bikes that you could use since Freiburg is very bike-friendly and green. We all had plenty of space in the house, and it definitely helped to have 2.5 bathrooms. The kitchen was also fully stocked so that made having family meals much easier. There was able a high chair and a crib for the kids. Washer and dryer also made the stay much easier with kids.We were lucky enough to miss the heatwave, so it was really nice and breezy at night. Another fan or two might be needed since there's no air con - something to keep in mind for travelers in the summer. Overall, I recommend this property and would love to stay here again next time we visit Freiburg!

Absolutely gorgeous house! We had a fantastic family reunion with 12 people here and loved our stay. Very much recommend it.

The property has all the equipment anyone would need. It is in a beautiful area. Just up the road there are many woodland trails. Down the road you can reach the Altstadt in 25-30 minutes. Great place for a family or large party to stay on edge of the Black Forest.

We were 3 generations visiting family in Freiburg and this was a perfect place. We could hike from the door, walk to town easily, the inside and outside areas both had tons of room for a large group, kitchen was super well equipped and the house and all its decor was gorgeous, warm and homely. Highly recommend this place for anyone coming to explore Freiburg and the area around it.
