Excellent - very comfortable; easy to check-in and out; excellent location

Good location, close to the main train station and the old town. Spacious and clean. Simple check in (code to pick up keys). Decent kitchen and facilities.

That we had to take our own rubbish down as we left and the bins didn't help us recycle. Lockers to store luggage could have been slightly bigger - most bags to be fair fitted in.

I was only there for one night, but it was ideal for what I needed.

Very convenient location, immaculately clean apartment, extremely comfortable bed.

The pillows on the bed were quite flat. I contacted the hosts and they were able to direct me to get an extra pillow from the storage.

There is really nothing to complain about. There is a slight rumble from the trams when they start up in the morning but the triple glazed windows handle the noise very well.

Wifi was weak at times, and this with the table being a little small made it difficult to work easily. The pillows could have been bigger and I prefer a real closet instead of an open clothes rack.

A clean, modern and comfortable apartment right in the city centre

The apartment was very central. It was a good size with a very comfortable. There was a washing machine and dryer in the basement which was very useful. It was really hot in the city during our stay and the air conditioning was a fantastic bonus

The kitchenette area was too small to do any serious cooking, although fine to prepare salad or simple dishes

Location and facilities were excellent. Lovely looking over the town from the elevation.

Stayed last year and felt the property needed a little attention. Light missing and electrical wire hanging from staircase to upstairs area. Walls needed painting as had a lot of marks throughout the property due to use over the year.

Really wonderful stay in Freiberg!

Clear instructions were given for the check in and check out process. The apartment was big, lots of walking space, comfortable bed, very clean. There was a small kitchen area too. We loved the space and wished we stayed for more than a night! Out the window was the view of the streets and the tram passing through! Could not really hear the noise from the street. Location wise its also near the old town and there are some restaurants along the street as well. Great stay :D

A great apartment from which to explore such an historic place.

The apartment was spacious and luxurious. Modern & high quality furnishings. The bed was particularly comfortable. Really appreciated all the extra touches, like coffee pods & water bottles. The location was excellent and allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to. So many great eating spots close by. Clear instructions to the property and great laundry room. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great centreal location to access facilities

Nice central location very handy to access the town and shops etc.

Very comfortable but the pillows were far too soft and only one each, this gave me terrible neck pain during the visit. Kitchen facilities were very basic, no microwave, oven or corkscrew all of which would have been useful.

Great location, great apartment, super-easy to check in. It is one big room, however, not a separate bedroom, but that is totally fine.

Communication was a bit overkill - if I remember correctly, I got in total 18 emails from booking.com and the host about the stay. Less would have been more. One drawback of the fact that there is noone on site to check what is going on: the other guests in some other apartments on the same floor were in party mode - that included being noisy waaaaay until midnight, loud banging on the doors (yes, this message is for you, Andre!) plus a guy running naked, only with a small towel, from one room to the other. And yes, they came back shortly after four AM, and yes, you could hear them.

Perfect "cozy" home base for our 4-day visit to Freiburg. Nice location within the pedestrian-only center of the city. Apartment was very clean, just big enough for the pair of us, with a comfortable bed and nicely appointed bathroom.

Very comfortable queen bed.. Well equipped with the main facilities that one can’t find in a hotel room. The Matching colors inside the apartment. The lady whom we met in the facility when we checked-in at 15:00. She was extremely helpful and polite although everything was in order.. greetings to her. The team who provided service all the time, felt like they really cared to make our stay more comfortable!

Fantastic spacious apartment in the heart of Freiburg. If we would ever visit Freiburg again, we would have no reservation in booking this apartment again! Top notch!

This is just a recommendation for other travelers rather than something we didn't like: We arrived by car and it is not so easy to get to the apartment, especially during the day. Parking in the Rotteckgarage is certainly possible, but very expensive. We have opted for Park+Ride, which was much cheaper and it is just a 5 min ride by tram to the next Park+Ride parking lot.
