10 out of 10 – we will definitely stay here again when we return to Rome! We arrived in the city well before check-in, and the host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage in the room early. He later met us personally to welcome us, explain everything, and make sure we had everything we needed. The service and hospitality were truly outstanding. Throughout our stay, the host kept in touch, was always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. The rooms were spacious, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the location could not have been better – right in the heart of Rome and within walking distance of everything. Considering the excellent location, comfort, and service, it was also great value for money. We genuinely have nothing to complain about – everything was fantastic!

Really good location, in the city centre. Spanish steps,Pantheon,Trevi fountain is just a few streets away. Metro station is 5-10min.

Magnificent stay in an excellent location We had a wonderful stay at The French Suites. The accommodation itself was magnificent—beautifully presented, comfortable, and well maintained. The spa bath was a real highlight and such an awesome treat after a day of exploring the city. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which really enhanced the overall experience. The location is outstanding, within easy walking distance of major attractions such as the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, and the Pantheon, as well as excellent shopping areas. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay in Rome and I would highly recommend it. Rating: ★★★★★

Didn’t look at all like the photos, - coffee machine was in the common area for all to use. No secure place to leave luggage.
