Great room in the best location! very nice bed and the air conditioning works great! The woman was very nice and greeted us when we arrived and gave us all the information we needed.
The only thing i would mention is that the mini fridge (in room nr 3 at least) smells really bad and does not keep your drinks cold (but in our case it didn’t matter)

We arrived in the city well before check-in, and the host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage in the room early. He later met us personally to welcome us, explain everything, and make sure we had everything we needed. The service and hospitality were truly outstanding.
Throughout our stay, the host kept in touch, was always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. The rooms were spacious, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the location could not have been better – right in the heart of Rome and within walking distance of everything.
Considering the excellent location, comfort, and service, it was also great value for money. We genuinely have nothing to complain about – everything was fantastic!

Really good location, in the city centre. Spanish steps,Pantheon,Trevi fountain is just a few streets away. Metro station is 5-10min.

Location was good, near the Spanish steps
Didn’t look at all like the photos, - coffee machine was in the common area for all to use. No secure place to leave luggage.
