The host Roberto was very welcoming. Very responsive when communicating via messages. Location was perfect. It’s close to almost everything. Well maintained room.

Room and bed (superior) was large and comfortable, very close to absolutely everything including metro (500m easy walk even with bags) 3 stops from Rome terminal easy with airport too. Shutters on windows to block out light and a very quiet road. Complimentary coffee, bed made every day

Wine glasses would have been a bonus if available and iron in reception or room would have been handy but very very small things, bed was very soft

Perfect location, nice spacious rooms, clean and easily accommodated 5 people

No elevator, had to take stairs to the 4th floor

Clean room, the floor and bathroom were clean.

Pillows & Mattress are very poor quality, my pillow smelt of body odour, the mattress is made of a foam material that was exhausted and needs to be replaced. There is no curtain to block out the morning daylight, and the shutters didn't shut for me. It is a value for money accommodation, so my expectations were not high, but it does need more attention to the offering. I booked a room with a Double & Single bed, however, when we went to bed that night there were no sheets on the single bed, so we all slept in the double. When the person comes in the morning, unfortunately our room was right beside the reception desk with no sound insulation so I was awoken early.
