Nobildonne Relais

Property was in a lovely location

The location was perfect, easy to walk to lots of attractions and near buses and metro. The property was fabulous, had a bottle of Prosecco waiting for me. So many good restaurants in the vicinity too. Staff was incredibly helpful.

The weather was extremely hot and because the bedroom was on a mezzanine it wasn’t cooled as much as the lounge/lower floor, but a fan was also provided.

We absolutely loved our stay at Nobildonne Relais. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the Spanish Steps, making it the perfect base for exploring Rome on foot. The neighborhood is beautiful, elegant, and full of great cafés, restaurants, and shopping. The room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and everything felt well cared for. The hosts were welcoming and responsive, making the entire experience seamless. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

Very hard to find since no lighted or otherwise prominent sign exists on the outside of the building. Outside of the building is run-down (not well-maintained). Staff is not on site 24/7 to assist with any needs. Stayed in the room with a loft bedroom. The end nob on the handrail on the stairs is broken, which is a safety concern. Evening drinks and snacks were disappointing - had to make your own drink from very limited options, and the snack portions were extremely limited. Not sure you can call this establishment a hotel. But they do not have the reputation such that they were unable to secure dinner reservations at upscale restaurants, which was very disappointing. Noticed a bad odor that would come and go in the bathroom. Not sure what kind of plumbing problem is causing it. No on-site breakfast service option.
