I can't help but express our gratitude for Rosalia, the receptionist's, exceptional professionalism and politeness. She went above and beyond. Amazing stay and huge shout out to the staff who are very attentive. The only slight negative is the room size could be larger and have tea/coffee facilities, (being a big tea drinker) but the free drinks in room, lovely large rainfall shower and best bed we slept on in a hotel along with a balcony made up for that. Thank you for making us feel welcome and having a fab stay.
