Communication with hotel staff was quite different. We never met anyone in person. However, any questions we had were answered in a promptly manner via WhatsApp and overall and they assayed us to get ground transportation to the airport. Great location!

Really easy access into the property Location is incredible- walking distance to all landmarks (furthest we walked was 30 minutes to Vatican City) Outdoor light came in during the night which was not ideal and some street noise could be heard

The room was amazing, very clean, all new appliances, the water pressure was amazing, the street had no noise at all. The instructions to enter was easy to follow, and we had any trouble, Belen was super supportive and quick to attend us. This was a very pleasant stay, and when we come back, we’ll definitely stay here again.
