Fantastic stay in Capri! The hotel was spotless and in a great location, close to everything you need to enjoy Capri at its best. What really made our stay special was the exceptional staff: Mariam, Ilaria, Katia, Tezo, Antonio, and Patrizia were always ready to help, warm and welcoming like family. The owner is also an amazing person, who added a real personal touch to our stay. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back!

Great place and excellent location. The staff were lovely, especially Judith, who was very helpful and gave us some great recommendations for places to eat. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Rome.

Staff was amazing! Always ready to help and easely reachable through whatsapp chat. Hotel location is perfect and on walking distance of almost every important historic site. Will for sure come back!

Sound insolation through doors could be better as well as water pressure in the shower. However, it did not effect our comfort.

The location was excellent, with everything within walking distance, which made getting around very convenient. Although we stayed in a different building from the check-in area, the staff kindly transferred our luggage for us, so we didn’t have to carry it ourselves. The hotel rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom amenities smelled really nice, which added a pleasant touch to the stay.

Our experience with the room was unfortunately not as restful as we had hoped. Our original room was on the 4th floor, located right next to the breakfast area. The first night was quite noisy due to early breakfast preparations, and we could also hear our neighbours quite clearly, including music and general noise. It seemed like the walls were quite thin, so sound carried easily. The second night we decided to give it another chance, but we were kept awake by various noises until around midnight. Then, early in the morning, breakfast preparations started again around 6 am, which woke us up. We also noticed some strange clicking sounds, which we believe came from the ventilation system, so overall we did not get much sleep. After mentioning this to the staff, we were kindly moved to a new room on the third floor with a balcony facing the shopping street. However, this room was also quite noisy. It was the first room on the corridor next to a sliding door, so we could hear people coming in and out frequently. In addition, there was street noise at night as well as early morning activity from waste collection and pedestrians. Overall, while the service was helpful when we raised the issue, the noise levels in both rooms made it difficult to get proper rest, so we would not recommend it for those looking for a quiet stay.
