Vite 21 Luxury Room

Great location and host. Comfortable bed, big room with plenty of space.

Shower was in the room so this made the room warm after using. Also the air con was not working correctly and stuck on 23c and wouldn’t go lower, the host knew this and apologised. This meant we had to keep the shutters and curtains closed to try and keep it cool. Shower didn’t work correctly as full of limescale and it also smelt of drains.

Fabrizio is an incredible host!! He welcomed us with a smile, excellent English, and gave us an amazing overview of the city and what to do. He even went above and beyond to give us a personal italian lesson! Our room was clean, cool, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was within walking distance to everything!! I would definitely stay here again.

The location is fantastic and the host is very helpful. The room is modern and nice to have a coffee machine.

The room could get some Reno refreshments given the quite substantial price for a night, but I understand this is Rome.

The room is really well located in Rome and Fabrizio gave us good tips for sight seeing.

The room and especially the bathroom were so dirty, it was disgusting. The rooms are nicely located and nicely decorated, but the cleaning is really an issue. The bathroom looks like no one ever cleaned it so far. It would not need a big effort to clean the rooms properly, so it is really difficult to understand why not to. Also good to know: this is not a hotel and not a b&b. It’s a flat that has been turned into three separate rooms. The breakfast takes place in a nearby cafe „Olimpia“, located 200m from the rooms. You get coupons for a croissant, juice and coffee. That’s it. In the cafe they also have different prices for Italians and for the tourists. I literally got my coffee 1€ cheaper when I said I thought that was the price. No discussion, just disappointment that we had noticed.
