The location was good as it is located nearby shopping malls and public transport facilities.
The internet was not fast as expected as I paid more for this option, and the tv was not working.

The house is very clean, the beds are comfortable. The electical appliances are all working fine. There is no weird smell inside the toilet. Eventhough it is an old unit but the house is big enough for the 10 of us all adults.
The lifts are small therefore longer waiting time for big group of us.

The location is good which is within the central, nice to go to pavillion or lot 10 for foods. The monorail and mrt station is nearby, convenient for travelling. The appliance were complete, the stoves, water dispenser, showers, overall its good.
The furnitures were quite old and dusty, some of us got eye rashes and nose allergies. The desk and cabinets in the rooms were really old and were really creepy which really affect the environment a lot.
