- Located was good just nearby Pavilion shopping mall center. -Walking distance to Damascus Restaurant and Halab Arabian Restaurant, and other malls and facilities all near by just walking distance. -There is very safe as there are many tourist walking around. -Near all shopping mall just walk way to mall. -Near The Exchange TRX, Bukit Bintang Ctr near walkway. -Rooptoop swiming pool city view is nice. -37 floor is swimming pool , View is nice Stuff is helffully,Self check-in.

Walking distance to the city center, smooth check-in & check out process, and a very helpful host.

The lift was quite slow during peak hours. It would also be great if basic cooking equipment, such as pan, could be provided for guests who wish to cook.

Everything is perfect, Roop toop swimming pool, The pacility is good. Location near TRX, Pavilion centre, near all shoping mall.

It was clean, nice views and great location.

I booked more than one week in advance. When I arrived, I was told to call the number in Booking.com. When I spoke to the man on the phone, he told me the room has been taken by someone else! He said with hotels, guests should book and then email the day before to confirm you still want the room. Isn’t the whole point of booking that you want to stay there! Anyway, I was annoyed as the price of other hotels locally were now very expensive. I ended up in an argument with the manager on the phone for about 30 minutes. After losing my temper, I received a message to say the room was now suddenly available and would be ready in 40 minutes after cleaning. So I stayed, but they insisted that I must pay cash in hand. I am assume they are trying to avoid paying tax. Very strange and I had a feeling of mistrust throughout my stay. The room was very nice and a great location. But the way they were happy to cancel at the last minute was very poor. Also, I am not sure how, but they managed to make the hotel be cancelled from my account. I am not sure how they did it. The timing of the cancellation was about 10 minutes after the phone call ended. I then got an email from Booking saying as I cancelled, I may be liable to pay the cancellation fee! Very suspicious! Lastly, the rooftop pool had no water, and was under maintenance. Not the managers fault, but worth mentioning.
