The property was so so so good, I have a good sleep and good rest inside the unit. The hosts are very kind and helpful!!

The facilities were well maintained. Basic necessities were available and the location is very strategic.

The bathtub was slow in dissipating water. The unit has many small and mid size cockroach 🪳

The location was great, the apartment was fully furnished (including the kitchen) and large.

The photos did not match with the conditions of the property. Our shower was leaking so the bathroom would get all wet every time we showered.

The complex had 24 hour security & swipe card entry. Only a short walk to Pavillion Mall, Lot 10 & Fahrenheit 88. A grocery store called Cold Storage is located in Sungai Wang Plaza. A bit of a labyrinth to locate, but once you know where it is, it’s a great store for all your grocery needs. The ceiling fans in the apartment were fantastic as it meant you could have air movement without constantly using air conditioning during the day. The single hob electric cooktop was fast efficient. Great view from the bathroom!

1. The noise! The doors are not soundproof and you can hear everything in the hallways and the other apartments constantly slamming their doors shut. 2. The constant loud humming noise of the huge industrial air conditioning units for the nearby hotel could not be drowned out in any part of the apartment. We closed all the doors to try minimise the constant droning. This noise is 24/7!! 3. Fire Stair/Garbage- The apartment is right beside the fire stairs. This is where the garbage bin for the floor is located. This door is constantly used for apartments on this level to dispose of their household rubbish and for the cleaners to store mops, buckets etc. This door is constantly being opened and shut which can be heard inside the apartment. 4. The kitchen - The kitchen sink doesn’t have hot water from the taps, you have to boil the kettle. The sink plug is old and does not hold the water effectively to wash dishes. Also a used green scourer (photo attached) was provided. We bought a new one for our stay plus a tea towel & tissues. A mismatched selection of plates & glasses is provided. 5. The Bedroom - The aircon unit blows directly on the bed. The doona/duvet appeared to have a smaller (double bed?) insert inside a larger cover (queen/king). This meant 2 people sleeping in the bed were fighting for warmth with the air conditioning blowing directly on you. The curtains/drapes always needed to be closed for privacy as they faced directly into another building complex. 6. The bathroom- The shower is over the bath. The shower rose sprays water everywhere. Even with the shower curtain inside the bath area, water still runs around the tiled perimeter and eventually puddles onto the floor. We were very mindful of our footing when exiting the shower so not to slip on the wet slippery tiled floor. No bath mat provided. Bathroom sink stained from black dye. A good scrub with an abrasive cleaner would certainly lessen the impact of the stain.
