The location of the hotel is great, can walk or take MRT anywhere. Convenient as there are 2 7/11s in the building and it is connected to the mall. Sayem is helpful and gave us early check in around 12 which was very helpful. The swimming pool is great on the 15th floor and there is a small bar also next to it. The view from the room was also fine.

1. The room that we got was not like the pictures advertised, I have put pictures for you to see. This was quite a shock as the facility was quite run down, bed wasn't great, some sheet was put on the floor which was again quite sad to walk on. No microvave (But the staff bought a new one when this was informed to them). No partition as the photos show online. 2. The entry and exit are confusing, specially when you arrive first, you are supposed to go the the Eastern Entrance, also you can only enter with the key and you can't get 2 keys. So if you have plans in which you need to come in late, then the other person will have to come down and open the main entrance. This is inconvenient. The same goes for the elevator, it is key operated. 3. If you are checking out early, specially if you have a flight, it may be inconvenient to give the key and take your deposit back as the apartment is serviced by 1 person Sayem only, and he can't be available 24/7. So we did this exercise the previous night, where we returned the key and took back the deposit as we had to leave at 8am. But then it was very inconvenient to enter and exit as explained in Point Number 2. See, Sayem is very helpful, but if you are used to staying in hotels, then this might not be a very convenient stay. However, that being said, if we would have got the room which we had booked, we would have been much happier.
